This was such a great place to stay. A stylish, well equipped & well loved home in a really special location. Highly recommended. The only downside for us was the full moon that spoiled the star gazing!

We spent a long weekend here. It was close to Joshua Tree so we were able to get to the park relatively quick. The views were really nice and we linked that the living room had lots of windows so we can appreciate the view even when it was a little too hot to sit outside. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The bathrooms were clean and had all the toiletries needed so we didn’t have to bring or buy any of our own. Overall it was a great place for a long weekend to disconnect and recharge.

Rob is extremely communicative, helpful, and easy going. It was the perfect home for our family getaway. It has ample space and beautiful views. We can’t wait to go back!

This is our second time at Highrock House. Absolutely love the peacefulness and beautiful surroundings. Every amenity is available at the home - no need to leave unless you want to! This is our favorite place to stay in Idyllwild! We will definitely be back.

Perfect private little get away from LA. The backyard pool/spa and BBQ is everything you could want.

Jeffrey’s place was a lovely getaway! It was nice being outside of town, very quiet and peaceful and the view is amazing. The bed was super comfortable. We loved that the yard was fenced in so our dog could be outside safely. We really enjoyed our stay!

Wow… what an incredible place. Love the spacey theme… the views, the cleanliness, the tv, record player, furnishings, wall decor. Beautifully done! I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s int he area, this place is definitely my favorite so far!

Excellent stay, very proactive and responsive hosts. Just far enough out of town to feel private, but close enough to palm springs to "go out". The cabin itself was SUPER neat.

Kimberly’s home was absolutely lovely, very clean, well-kept, and comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, and it made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Kimberly herself was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. She was quick to respond to any questions and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again!

Really stunning house, the inside is immaculate and so well done. Loved the outside space, truly stunning. Nice being so way out. Though there are houses around so not completely private. Also we lost power for about 5 hours the first day, had to find a neighbour so see if it was just us or the neighbourhood but apparently can happen anytime. Just something to be aware of as it happened again on second night. But house and everything included is fantastic, highly recommend.

Amazing views and peaceful home but still close to any activity, retail or dining. Very clean & comfortable home with many seating options for privacy or small group conversations. The spa and pool were very clean and heating the spa was a quick and easy process. Ryan was very responsive and pleasant during the entire process and would not hesitate to book this home again.

We had a wonderful time as a young family of 4 playing in the pool and being able to quickly get to Joshua tree park. The hosts were lovely and even gave us a personalized touch to celebrate our anniversary. The place was great for littles with two cribs and everything we needed. The pool was beyond perfect with the shallow ledge which gave the kids great space to stand and play. We definitely will be coming back.

Comfortable, clean, cozy, and courteous. Besides that the location was supreme, the backyard was just as described in description/picture. The only down would be I wouldn’t feel comfortable taking a quiet midnight swim as there are signs in which backyard amenities are not to be used after 10 PM, as if there was a curfew. Besides that the inside of the unit was extremely comfortable and ready to host a group of guest who want to be comfortable.

This home was everything and more! Every detail was looked after. The views are beautiful. Scott was incredibly responsive to all inquiries! A perfect getaway for my mama friends and I to relax and rejuvenate in a secluded and comfy home. Thank you!

My wife and I wanted a quick get-away where we can soak in a tub and indulge while taking in some peaceful scenery, and this was exactly what we were looking for. Check in was quick and easy and just as the instructions described. Getting into the unit was easy as well and the double sliding doors was absolutely amazing to have for the view. Pots, pans and mostly everything you’d need to run a kitchen is available. Macayla and Jon provided local coffee and wine along with a list of local restaurants, great surprise that we weren’t expecting but follows the theme of the unit as well. Great attention to detail and has everything you need. Perfect stay for us with nothing but positive things to say. My wife and I discussed it and we’ll absolutely be back. 10/10

Arriving here was like walking into your home. It was immediately inviting, comfortable and clean. Nathan was quick to respond when I asked about bringing our two cats and he was more than happy to host them. I originally picked his cabin for the fenced in yard, but the tree top deck ended up being phenomenal! Myself, my husband and both cats spent the entire weekend on that deck enjoying the quiet and watching all the wildlife. We are already planning to stay here again and will be staying even longer next time!

We had such a lovely time at The Far Out. The cabin is gorgeous, with a great deck, and the property backs onto a beautiful little creek that was great to dip our feet in. Everything was clean and fresh. Megan communicated everything we needed to know incredibly clearly (including the paper manuals and instructions in the house). Nice to have a little record player, and the kitchen is incredibly well stocked with every pot and utensil one could want. A great stay!

Awesome cabin nestled in the woods of idyllwild, we had a blast! The hot tub was just what we needed to rest after great days exploring the region. Thanks for everything !
