Within walking distance to cafes, supermarket, gym, takeaways, chemist, parks, dairies, bakeries and petrol. Perfect spot if you want to go out west, drive central, attend events at the Trust Stadium (5 minute drive, also walkable), or catch the train from Henderson to right outside the gates of Eden Park. Plenty of fun activities and amenities nearby!

Great location

A weatherboard sixties state house with off-street parking, located close to the motorway, the Trusts Arena. 5 minutes walk to Countdown. There’s a data projector with Google Chromecast. Plenty of children's books and board games. I only use eco-cleaning products. You will have access to the front of the house as the decking at the back needs repairs. Laundry, back decking, and rear garden are unavailable. The house exterior is a work in progress, but the inside is tidy and clean!
