House was comfortable and had amenities listed. It was clean and matched the pictures on the listing. No wifi so if you want to watch netflix or sports you’ll have to use a hotspot. Close to stores and restaurants. It sounded like there was construction going on at night and there was a semi in the neighborhood around midnight. Allison was an amazing host though!!

A beautifully memorable vacation!!! We loved gathering together at this house and making it a home for the week. The pool and hot tub were used everyday (with the exception of one day that we gave the hot tub a break to get its clarity back). We used all the kitchen had to offer. It had essentially everything we needed (consider bringing your own pitcher if you want to make sweet tea or something else). The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we all slept well. Finally, the community was extremely welcoming and we got so many waves and smiles as we would do our daily walk. Definitely worth the price and we would absolutely book again for our next family summer vacation!

The house was as described. David was very responsive and flexible with our number of guests and our dates. He was very helpful with the few things that came up during our stay and was very understanding. The location was great as it was close to several restaurants, grocery store, and Grand Park.

We stayed here because it was close to the venue where our son got married. The house was everything we needed for the week. Lots of room to spread out. The back yard/patio/pool is great. Lots of amenities and I love when light switches are labeled. If we are ever in the area again we would stay here!

We enjoyed our stay here - pool and hot tub were great. Beds were comfy and plenty of towels. Debra was very responsive to any question I had of her, and check in/check out instructions were clear. The house rules and info were well organized and complete. Would recommend!

Loved staying here for the Indy 500! Place is beautiful and relaxing, and very close to Fountain Square and everything you would want to do downtown. Kelly was amazing and even let us stay a bit after checkout since no other guests were coming! Would definitely recommend!!

This home is very spacious and well organized. The kitchen is well stocked with the utensils you need to make a meal. I love the back porch, great for drinking my morning coffee.

The space was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. MGM,was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing great local tips that made my trip even more enjoyable. The location was perfect—close restaurants,shopping centers , walmart SC, making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay. The home has plenty of space for a large group. It is strange that the master bedroom has three beds. As adults, I don’t want to share a room with others but I wanted the master bathroom. It would be better accommodations to double up the beds in other rooms other than the master. The listing mentions third party verification, which was an actual pain to do while traveling when it was sent to me. It is not mobile friendly therefore very inconvenient. Make sure you sort that before check in. Also, the water pressure in the house is awful. The showers trickle water to where washing your hair is actually impossible and you have to ring a wash cloth out on you to get the soap off your body. That should be looked into. The host answered promptly and the home was new and worth the price. I’d rent it again if the water situation gets resolved.
