We were in town for a family wedding and this home was perfect location for our stay. Close enough to the interstate and shopping but secluded enough for privacy and quiet. Plenty of room too. Kitchen has a large bar island that we used to ice the wedding cake my mom made for her grandson, the groom!

Hector‘s home was beautiful and well appointed with Modern appliances and features, all tastefully done. The garage features a very nice playroom with games, refrigerator, large TV and seating-perfect for teenagers. There was a minor glitch with linen but it was promptly addressed after contacting Hector. The home is adjacent to a busy street and heavy traffic can be heard during the day in the front part of the house however this was not an issue at night. We would definitely stay there again when visiting the area.

This is a beautiful home. it is spacious in the common areas, a great outdoor space, and sparkling clean. There was an issue with the central air upon our arrival but the hosts were very responsive and had it repaired in a timely manner. It seemed to be a great neighborhood. i It was quiet and we felt very comfortable and safe. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again!

Very nice, brand new house. Spacious and accommodating for our group of six. Beds were comfortable. The subdivision is still in the process of being built. Host was responsive. This was perfect for our one night stay as we were in town for the Indianapolis 500. Only a 20 minute drive or so to the track. Would stay again.

It was great for accommodating our family for a wedding. We enjoyed the children being able to run around outside in the big yard. It was also nice having three bathrooms to get ready and in. The beds were comfortable.

Uriah was super responsive. Great location - walkable to the town square. We were just two this trip but glad to know this place exists when we come to Danville with the whole family. Would stay again!

Our second stay at this gem ABnB. Would NOT HESITATE to stay there in the future. Clean, well stocked, and very easy access. Love the friendly cat (we call Greyson) that greets you at the base of the steps every morning and welcomes you home for the evening.

Love coffee? Love to workout or take a walk? Love to cook? Love convience? This is the place for you. The host was very accommodating and very responsive! The place was an easy walk to pool, gym, and shopping center. The kitchen includes everything you need to have a nice family meal. Very clean and organized! One day, the AC stopped working, none to fault of the host. It was a malfunction of a part. The host dropped everything, was able to have maintenance to come by and the issue waa resolved in less a hour. We will definitely book again for our annual family vacation.

The place was exactly as described. It was an older place but clean and had that Midwest charm. Jenee was responsive throughout the entire time when we had questions. She was very responsive in providing extra linens we requested. It was great. If we had one critique, it would be the water pressure was very low in the shower. It was not strong at all and during the shower would dwindle to less pressure than at the start of the shower.

Your place was quiet and immaculately clean, I felt right at home...

I feel incredibly lucky to have found Suzanne’s listing the weekend of the Indy 500! The apartment is spacious, great for couples or a family of 3-4. The space was clean and beautifully decorated with a lot of character and personalized touches. Suzanne and her husband put a lot of thought into the design and amenities, everything from the bathroom toiletries to the well-stocked kitchen made the stay incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and very cute! Free parking was a huge plus, and the location was super convenient to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Suzanne is a fantastic host, extremely responsive and genuinely welcoming. I can tell they care about making sure their guests have an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend Suzanne’s listing to anyone looking for a peaceful and well appointed stay near Indianapolis! Thanks again for having us!

The room looked even better than it did in the listing. Great communication from the host, all supplies you might need, really first rate. It was pretty quiet the night I was there, but the host thoughtfully provides a white noise machine and soft ear plugs should it be busy (if you're a super light sleeper). I would definitely stay here again - the combination of beautiful Victorian furnishing and kitchenette/en suite bathroom is rare and beautifully done here. The place was also spotless. Thanks for a great stay!

My friends & I stayed at James’ place for pride weekend, & it was BEAUTIFUL. There was a perfect view of Mass Ave, & we were able to watch the pride parade right from the living room window. It was just steps away from all of our favorite places - Francis & Fern, 3 Dog Bakery, Needlers, & Starbucks. The apartment was clean, cozy, & had everything we needed. I will definitely be back next year!

It’s a great nice small property to stay. Definitely not big enough for more than two people but a great location to downtown.

Dina always exceeds expectations as a host. Her place is spotless, and beautifully appointed. Even the plants are all happy! Extraordinarily comfortable bed, and a bathroom large enough to dance in (maybe we did)! We have stayed three years in a row for our annual trip to Indy and hope that Dina’s place remains an annual tradition for as many coming years as possible! We could not be happier!

Our stay in the condo in Broadripple for the Indy 500 was excellent. The property was easy to find, centrally located in a nice area of Indianapolis and was a short walk to multiple restaurants, shopping and a Fresh Market grocery. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked for our weeklong stay. Our host, Deborah was extremely responsive and her communications were excellent. Thank you for allowing us to "Let's Go Racing"!!

We loved the loft! It was in a great location, the nighttime sound machines in the bedrooms made a great addition to filter out the noise from the streets at night. We would definitely use this location again!
