Our long weekend in Hayle Shed was cosy and very comfortable. Jenni and Jennie’s eye for detail has resulted in a wonderfully quirky and original space containing all that was needed for an enjoyable stay. We appreciated the extra thoughtful touches and all the handy local information provided. Hayle Shed is fabulously positioned near the town centre for nearby eateries and shops and right next door to the Sunday Markets. We would highly recommended this absolute Daylesford gem. This place was in a beautiful location very quiet and private and the house was cozy and comfortable. We loved the comfortable beds, couches and warm living space. a beautiful house in a beautiful area.

We really enjoyed staying here. It’s a beautiful and characterful home set in nature. Lots of lovely walks nearby and great coffee shops in town.

The accommodation was perfect for our weekend away, a few minutes drive or walk to everything we wanted to visit. Beds were comfortable and the garden was lovely. Great option for an easy weekend with no hassles.

My experience with the hosts was excellent and the property was even more beautiful than the photos. The house was huge and everything you could possibly need and want was provided. We arrived to a roaring fire, a fridge stocked with generous breakfast provisions and a freshly baked cake which was a lovely touch. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable and a phone charger provided which was great as I’d forgotten mine! I would highly recommend the property and will definitely be back. Had a lovely week at Gangas place. Was quiet, peaceful and extremely comfortable. Generously furnished for extreme coziness with a well equipped kitchen to cook for yourself. Located on a beautiful quiet road with the general store a short stroll away made for a great experience and reset from city life. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Daylesford. Amber was a pleasure to communicate with - friendly, responsive, and helpful. The heating throughout the accommodation was excellent, making it incredibly cosy and comfortable for our chilly weekend getaway.

The apartment, linen and towels were spotless. Linda was friendly, responsive and made sure the check in and out process was extremely easy. It was nice to stay somewhere where the host had ensured we’d have enough shampoo, cond, body wash, dishwasher tablets, etc. Some pantry staples, coffee and tea were also generously provided. It’s obvious that Linda takes pride in her property and wants to do the extra little things that make guests feel comfortable and welcome. Would highly recommend!

I loved Renee and Izy’s place. Perfect location (short walk onto the Main Street, and up to the Convent). The heating was great, the bed was comfy. Thanks so much.

We loved our stay in Jane’s cosy, warm and well appointed property. It’s close to all the restaurants and shops, but removed and quiet. We especially loved the welcoming food items and the laundry! We would not hesitate to return.

We had a lovely two-night stay at Kurt and Nanette’s place in Golden Point, Ballarat. Kurt greeted us on arrival and was warm and welcoming, which set the tone for a great stay. The heater had been turned on beforehand, making the space feel cozy and comfortable on a chilly Ballarat afternoon. The bed was very comfortable, and we truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches. There was a generous selection of treats provided, everything we needed for a relaxed and enjoyable visit. The space was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and perfect for a short getaway. We would highly recommend it and would be very happy to stay again.

Chante was an absolutely amazing host, The Penthouse was squeaky clean, Kitchen was beautiful and had all you need - Coffee/milk/sugar/coffe machine all the cutlery you might need. The spa is amazing, the bed and couch are super comfortable, and Chante was kind enough to allow us an early check-in upon request. She was very responsive and friendly as well , would absolutely recommend this place, The only thing you might find a bit odd is the smell due to the spa being in the open but use the Exhause fan on top of the spa that helps alot, My only recommendation would be adding some sort of Air-freshner, Other than that this place was absolutely Fantastic. 💯

So impressed with Lisa’s place. Was just like staying at a friend’s house. Funky and comfortable decor, everything clean and functional, kitchen fully equipped including dishwasher, great tv and lots of games and books for kids and big kids. Couldn’t fault it. Oh and the beds are very comfy and it’s nice and quiet. This was our first trip to Ballarat and the location was a great base- we would love to stay again!
