Located between Mourèze and Clermont l'Hérault, the Workshop, a former cement tile manufacturing workshop, is an 80 m2 cottage nestled in a small valley of the large classified site, five minutes from all amenities. The house is on a wooded plot of three hectares, close to Lake Salagou, Villeneuvette, Saint-Guillem-le-Désert and of course the Cirque de Mourèze. The house, garden and terrace are independent and not overlooked.
