Petite maison fraîchement rénovée dans un environnement calme et verdoyant, à proximité du centre historique. Vous pourrez profiter d'un agréable petit jardin ombragé sans vis à vis avec sa terrasse. Parking gratuit et dispo devant la maison. Tram 2 à 400m 30 min de la Comédie à pied ou 15 min en tram, 15 minutes de la plage en voiture. Le fêtes sont strictement interdites par respect du voisinage et car nous habitons à côté.
