Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Herceg Novi

We had the pleasure to stay at this house for 3 nights and really loved it there. Especially the outdoor area is awesome. The surrounding is peaceful and not to far away from the Kotor fjord. Bubo is an awesome host and very responsive. Top choice for family with Kids!

We had such great time in Angela and Luka’s place! Their warm welcome, being SO helpful - in this little heaven, surrounded by giant garden, animals, and the breathtaking landscape - where you can relax in the hot tub - or next to the fireplace - they offer you special experience, 10 min from Rijeka Crnojevića Bridge - and the beautiful view point Pavlova Strana - and lake Skadar. The house itself is well equipped - we were on a couple vacation - but it’s big enough for families. This is just what we looked for! If you want to escape the city - this is your place! Don’t miss their great wines! Can’t wait to the next time!

wunderschönes Haus, mit tollem Grundstück direkt am Eingang des nationalpark. Üppige Natur, schöne Spielgelegenheiten für die Kinder, guter Grill. rundum herrlich. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Vasilije war super zuvorkommend, hilfreich und höflich. Wir hätten gerne verlängert, hatten aber leider schon wo anders gebucht. Die Kinder wolten gar nicht weg. eine klare empfehlung!

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

It is a beautiful place on a hill with a picturesque view of Kotor bay. Nice and quiet house with a spacey terrace where you would want to stay on hot days. House equipped with everything needed. We are grateful to Ivona for the opportunity to stay in this house and I would want to stay there again. Highly recommended!

Aleksandra was an amazing host. Even before we arrived, she provided us with lots of recommendations and helped arrange transport from the airport. Throughout the stay they were extremely proactive with any questions we had, and also with helping us schedule cabs. The views were incredible, and the villa was gorgeous in every room. I would definitely recommend, we had an amazing time and would love to stay again if we find ourselves in Kotor in the future. Thank you so much!

Lovely accommodation. Just as described. House lovely and cool if you need a break from the heat. I read a review from someone about no access to the private swimming jetty. Ignore them - if there are other guests staying in adjacent accommodation then you share with them, but there is plenty of room, plenty of comfortable sun loungers and parasols so don’t let that put you off. The bay is fantastic to swim in and access to the jetty is so close we had access to our own amenities. Anita is very friendly and helpful, and really quick to respond to messages. We were met by Grandma and we got by fine speaking French. Coffee, tea, basic seasonings, shampoo, body wash, hand wash, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets & laundry powder all provided. Kotor itself extremely busy, particularly during the day. Loads of cruise ships but also bus tours so the traffic is a nightmare. Cable car worth a trip as is the serpentine if you have a car. We only went into Kotor after 6pm. Recommend highly.

zeer comfortabel en hedendaags appartement met veel ruimte. alles is er in orde. de ligging op een heuvel zorgt voor een uniek uitzicht over de baai van Kotor. ook 's avonds zeer mooi met alle lichtjes. er is een groot balkon met tuinmeubels. er is overal airco. muggengaas en luiken zijn voorzien in de kamers. de host is zeer vriendelijk en gunt je je privacy.

Sava was the most wonderful host - warm, welcoming and kind that instantly made us feel at home. The apartment itself was absolutely stunning — spotless, beautifully maintained, and literally just a few steps from the water. The view? One of the best we saw in all of Kotor. The area is peaceful, picturesque, and easily one of our favorite spots in town. Sava went out of his way to accommodate everything we needed and made our stay all the more memorable. Thanks to him, we fell in love with Kotor a little more. On our way back home with so many beautiful memories! Couldn’t recommend this place enough, you’ll have a great time for sure! Great home base for exploring the bay of Kotor. Walkable to the old town of Kotor, and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The host has tons of recommendations for what to do in the area, we highly recommend staying here.

5 gece konaklama yaptık. öncelikle ev sahibi Petara ilgisi, iyi niyeti ve yardımseverligi noktasında çok teşekkür ederiz. çok yardımcı oldu. çok keyifli harika 5-6 gün geçirdik. kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. villada herşey düşünülmüş ihtiyacımız olan herşey vardı. Bu noktada hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Villa keyifliydi kullanışlıydı. ayrıca sessiz ve huzurlu bir muhitte bulunuyor. giriş katında bulunan odanın balkonu güzeldi, manzarasını çok beğendik, o balkonda vakit geçirmek çok keyifliydi. villadan ayrılmak zor geldi gerçekten. yorumlarda belirtilen eve varıştaki yokuştan bahsetmek de isterim. yaklaşık 250 belki 300 metre civarı bir rampa var, biraz dik bir yokuş. biz aracımızda 3 yetişkin, 2 çocuk ve bagaj doluyken çıkabildik. otomatik vitesi manuel 1. vitese alarak sakin şekilde rahatlıkla çıkabileceğinizi düşünüyorum. ortalama üstü bir şoför dediğim gibi çıkabilir. kotora 15 dakika uzaklıkta tivata da ayrıca yakın.herşey için çok teşekkürler.

Wow! An amazing experience at an amazing place. The lovely warm staff - Angela, Militsa, Danielle, Milanka and the wonderfully friendly cleaning staff gave us the best experience we’ve ever had in 20 years of holidaying in Europe. The food was out of the world - the Montenegrin sandwich and the beef burger were world class. Breakfast is so delicious it’s impossible to miss. Nothing bad to say, only great things. Perfection

We had a great stay at this property while celebrating our parents’ 50th wedding anniversary with the whole family. The house was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and spend time together. The pool and grounds are spectacular and the place is quiet and peaceful. Jas was a great host—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay — who shared useful suggestions for things to do in the area and helped us arrange a chef for three nights, which made the trip feel extra special.

Exceptional Hospitality and Impeccable Property From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly kind and attentive. Their responsiveness and genuine desire to ensure our comfort really set the tone for a fantastic stay. The villa itself was simply perfect. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable furnishings. My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Sonja and Neno's Villa in Budva. The apartment itself is spacious and well equipped with incredible views. As other reviews have said, the photos don't do it justice! Sonja and Neno were both incredibly welcoming hosts, inviting us over for homemade Rakia and wine on our first day and being incredibly responsive throughout our trip. We would absolutely recommend their place and will be returning on our next trip to the area!
