Great and quiet place very close to Mirišta/Arza/Zanjic beaches. Perfect for families who wants to get away from the crowded accommodation areas around Kotor/Tivat. Spacious, clean and with a great view from the huge and private terrace. There’s also a nice pool right outside. Tatyana is a very friendly host and communication was easy and fast!

Tanya was the perfect host. Never in the way but always there when we needed her. The apartment was enormous and well appointed. We were able to cook for ourselves without a problem. A guy comes around every morning with fresh fish if that is your thing. The apartment has a huge balcony, enormous bathroom with washing machine and excellent WiFi. There is a gazebo out the back and a gorgeous pool for the use of visitors. It is not so close to the zanjica beach but easily accessible by scooter or car. We would recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to visit zanjica who doesn't need to be right on the beach.

Fantastic place to stay. The 'residences' at the Sun Gardens Dubrovnik (previously Radisson Blu) are spacious individual suites with a fully equipped and kitchen (except range), living area, king bedroom and bathroom. The appointments are luxurious and the whole resort is first class. This particular 'apartment' is on the ground level, so you have your own small porch with some seating. The resort boasts multiple pools, shopping and a market place. The staff were extremely courteous and the upkeep is excellent. I really have only praise and no complaints.

We had a very pleasant 15 days in the apartment, in beautiful surroundings. Even if it was out on the countryside everything was within 30min driving distance. The apartment was clean and well furnished, and it was great to have access to the pool. The host was warm and welcome, and was easy to communicate with

Tanya is great host and she will do everything to make you feel like at hone. Place was clean and everything was as on pictures. Only minor disadvantage is that place is not close to the beach but Lustica is packed with wild beaches so it is recomended to go by car.

This place was amazing. Very quiet and fantastic to stay away from the crowded places like Kotor or Budva . The apartment was super clean and had all kitchen equipment-including coffee machine ☕️ and delicious coffee. Swim pool was very nice organised and so peaceful place to relax after exploring the country best spots 🌄🏰🗻🌳. I would definitely recommend going there ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you .

As long as you receive exact address from the host/hostess you will have spotlessly clean accom with great view especially in evening and at sunrise. however beware the airbnb map directions are NOT detailed and only take you the neighbourhood. Disappointing airbnb doesn’t promote whatthreewords app as promoted by international emergency services

Bojana harika bir ev sahibiydi. Bizimle yakından ilgilendiler, çok tatlı insanlardı. Evimizde gibi hissettik :) Evin manzarası da harikaydı, balkonda etrafı izlemek huzur vericiydi. Ev tertemizdi, mutfak araç gereçleri tamdı. Saç kurutma makinesi ve ütü de bonus :) Eğer arabanız varsa kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz. Kalabalıktan uzak olması , bir yandan da her yere yakın olması bizim için önemliydi. Her şeyiyle 10/10 ❤️

Nina was a lovely host who provided wonderful accommodations. She was easy to communicate with and gave thoughtful recommendations. Our stay was right on the water in a nice neighborhood. I highly recommend staying here.

We’ve absolutely loved our stay in this place, the apartment feels even more spacious then on the pictures, its perfect for a family stay. And the area its located in is incredible as well. Probably the best airbnb in my life so far!

we enjoyed our short stay at Bojana's place, very nice and clean apartment, beach front and very nice view on the beautiful beach! we were very sad for not being able to stay longer, but we will come back another time certainly!

Es hat uns sehr gut in der Unterkunft gefallen, alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber auch sehr gut. Man muss sich nur klar sein, das dieser schöne Ausblick von weit oben ist. Man ist also immer auf ein Auto angewiesen um etwas zu unternehmen, Straße auf der Insel sehr eng und die Einheimischen fahren wie🙊... Schnell mal zum Strand oder wo anders hin z.b. einkaufen, ist nicht. Dafür hat man seine Ruhe oben aufm Berg und einen schönen Ausblick. So wie es beschrieben ist, "nicht für Jedermann".

Everything was on time. Very friendly host. Regarding location: It's very close to the airport, so took about 15 min to the destination. Very comfortable apartments. On the territory you could find golf-cars, which could help you to reach clean beach with free lounger. Regarding registration: Host helped with all questions in very short time.

Aleksandar was a super helpful and welcoming host! Everything in the apartment was as described and the parking was in a private, gated car park which was fantastic. It is about a 25 minute walk to the old town, but there are also some great restaurants within a few minutes walk of the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here and found it a great base for exploring Budva!
