Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Hercules

We had a wonderful stay at Steve’s house. Everything was great from check in to check out. Comfortable, spacious and nicely appointed. We enjoyed the back patio and the close proximity to downtown. We appreciated the excellent communication, the ease of entry and parking in driveway. We hope that we will be able to stay here the next time we visit Walnut Creek!

Our stay at Lori‘s in Crockett was beautiful. All of the furnishings were first class. The place was immaculate and had just a little something for everyone!! Beautiful views and Lori purchased infant bedding for our stay, above and beyond host!

We loved staying at Casa Victoria. The home was beautiful. I wish we could have stayed longer. We definitely recommend staying here.

We had wonderful time at Heather and Steven’s home. Both are just great host’s, very helpful and proactive, communication was just quick and great. The home was easy to find and everything was as described. The location is fantastic, short walks the grocery stores, Bart and nice cafes. We are locking forward to our next stay with Heather and Steve and can just highly recommend this location.

I only wish I could give more than five stars. Words can’t begin to describe our host. Without exception. Forever grateful for the superior level of kindness and hospitality. Thank you Michelle and Ryan.

We had the most amazing time at Matt’s place. The house itself is quite literally a grownup-size treehouse perched on a steep hill (the 100+ stairs to get to the door went through a true character arc from a nemesis to a good old friend over three days we stayed there), incredibly beautiful and worthy all the praise it receives here. The furniture and material choices, the thoughtful details, the variety of charming nooks and corners to cozy up and get comfortable in—everything is there to make you feel at home. With hiking trails quite literally steps from the backyard the house is drowning in lush, whispering greenery—hearing birds sing in the morning and hummingbirds buzzing at sunset was my favorite. Truly a rare find—this is not “an airbnb”, instead it felt like a good friend’s house that’s well loved and lived in, making it a very memorable stay. Thank you Matthew and family.

We had such a wonderful experience at this home! It was absolutely beautiful, exceeding our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we had a great time and enjoyed every bit of our stay. We particularly loved how spacious and well-decorated it was, the peaceful atmosphere, the convenient location. It was the perfect place to unwind, spend quality time with family.

We had a fantastic stay at the Valley View apartment! Lynn gave us clear directions, and her detailed guidebook was incredibly helpful for planning our time in Napa and Sonoma. The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable, with stunning views and a beautifully maintained property. We loved the peaceful setting. There are cows on the property, plus we spotted turkeys, deer, and even got daily visits from Hazel the cat, which was such a sweet bonus. This is a truly special place, and Lynn is an exceptional host. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Absolutely loved staying here! Even though quiet and peaceful, accessible to most wineries. Cute and cozy garden and backyard. Judy and Tom are sweet, helpful and friendly hosts. Perfect place for 2 people! Manageable for 3! Will definitely recommend… 10/10 🙂

It was a nice stay! Host was super responsive and room was clean and tidy.

Urban oasis is the perfect description for this residence. So quiet. Restful, verdant backyard patio (blooming Angel Trumpets were heavenly scented!), sweet dogs and comfortable and attractive furnishings. Was able to cook my breakfast every morning and easily heat up leftovers with well-outfitted kitchen and high-end appliances. Loved how eco-friendly the home is. Murphy bed in the living room was perfect. Walkable restaurants nearby - esp. Homeroom's mac & cheese! Loved everything about this place. We will definitely stay here again when visiting relatives nearby.

I loved Albina's place. It was so perfect for what we were looking for. It was cute, easy to find, easy parking and just so lovely. The highlight was the view. The bedroom window looked out to the city and the ocean. We never even turned the TV on since the view from the bed was just spectacular. We literally just watched the ocean and boats going by as the sunset before our eyes. The moon then came out and we went to bed just staring out at the sky. I hope to be able to stay here again. It was such a magical retreat.

Host is helpful and responsive. The rental is nicely appointed and extremely convenient. The area is lovely and quiet and very walkable.

This little home was everything you want and more. It was a peaceful getaway with a lot to do nearby! Everything we wanted to do was within a 10-20 minute drive, with not a lot of traffic at all. The home was comfortable, cozy and quiet. The backyard was completely fenced in, which was perfect for my dog to freely enjoy sunbathing. Comfy beds, spacious living room, laundry room, outdoor seating - this place had it all! Absolutely recommend.

My stay was very relaxing and extremely pleasant. Exactly what was advertised. Jeanne responded very quickly to my questions. I highly recommend this home and will look this place up again when I come to Sonoma next.

Charles is a lovely, responsive host. He was upfront and honest about the glamping situation and there were no surprises. The wild garden, outdoor shower, and private hot tub were what we enjoyed most. We'll definitely be back!

5 stars for the location, nestled in the redwoods just 5 min walk from Mill Valley Downtown and Old Mill Park! Comfortable beds and sofas and great spaces for working, this worked really well for our staycation. The house is an 1880s cabin so it has some charming quirks! Seth is a responsive host and you can tell that he has put his heart and soul into every detail of the space — looks exactly like the photos!

The cabins were just what I was looking for to have a quiet low tech weekend. It was a perfectly peaceful little getaway tucked back on the property by the creek. The beach was so close, you could fall asleep to the sounds of the waves crashing and a super short walk to make sure you can catch sunrise/sunset. Charles was very welcoming, communicative, & extremely hospitable as he kindly extended some extra amenities to accommodate my last minute reservation. I’ll surely be back!

Charles went out of his way to accommodate us- making sure the hot tub was warm, and that we had enough blankets to stay warm. It was wonderful to be able to come back to a hot tub, and fall asleep to the sound of the waves, after long hikes in Muir + Point Reyes. Cant recommend enough, and would definitely come back!
