Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Hermagor District

We (3 adults and 1 child) felt very comfortable in the house. Ski resort right in front of the terrace. Unfortunately, we were unable to test this because the season was already over. However, the large ski resort in Nassfeld can be reached quickly and easily by car. The house is very modern and clean. It has 6 beds, however we were glad we weren't more people. With 6 people, it gets a little cramped in the living and dining area.

It was a beautifully decorated house. Everything was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to come home after a wonderful day of skiing in Nassfeld.

We contacted the property manager half an hour before we arrived. He was right on site. A short meeting and he let us know the cottage. It was all very clean, modern and spacious. The bathroom could be a little bigger for 6 people but we got along. From the cottage you can easily reach the ski resort "Nassfeld". With 110 kilometers of slopes, sufficient and easy to use. There is also a small ski slope directly at the house with drag lift. Supermarkets, pharmacy and marketplace are within easy walking distance. A swimming pool as well. Amazing views all around. We felt comfortable. Thank you very much!

Great place with a great location, right on the slope. Very nice hosts, respond quickly. Perfect for learning to ski.

The house is located in a village/campsite just a short walk from Lake Pressegger. Inside, in addition to the pool, there is a children's play area and a restaurant that also prepares great takeaway food. With an app you can order baked goods such as bread, brioches, etc... and find them in the morning in a common room. Access to a nearby spa is also included, and a card with which you can do many free activities, especially with kids/kids. The house was perfect for us (6 people) with a kitchen complete with everything and a nice porch where you can eat outdoors. Lake Pressegger is beautiful and very relaxing with a very well-equipped public beach. You can reach Villach in just over half anhour. We had a nice vacation, but to fully enjoy the place you have to stay much longer than the three days we were able to do!

Lovely place. Does have stairs up to bedroom. The walk to lake house was close and easy. Loved having easy access to the lake.

The apartment was in a perfect location for skiing. There was a small shop in the near. It was easy to communicate with Herta.

Cottage cozy and clean, outside also nice to sit, lots of shade and possibility to barbecue. Area is beautiful but very touristy because of ski resort so mainly hotels. No shops within walking distance. 21km drive and take good stock. Kitchen has an oven and we baked sandwiches every morning because there was also no bakery nearby. No bathtub as in a photo but a nice shower! 5 min. walk and then you are in Italy where you can eat delicious pizza and pasta, very affordable!

Brilliant location 15 meters from the ski route no. 40, skiing to the door of the cottage. Sonnenalpe's shop and restaurants within a 15-minute walk. The house is clean and cozy. Downstairs, two quadruple rooms ( a double bed and a bunk bed), a kitchen with a common area, and a bathroom. Upstairs, space for the next four people , a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The house is sufficient and welcoming for 12 people. It was warm, the electric heating. Finally, an additional fee for used electricity and local taxes (as described ). In a week, we received about €400 for electricity, tax 3.60 euros per person per night. Overall, I highly recommend this ski lodge in Nassfeld. It was great .

We really enjoyed our stay in Elmar and Herta's apartment. It was clean, cozy and located in amazing place. Close to mountains and lakes,so we had many options how to spend our time. I strongly recommend this place.

Really nice place, only 15 minutes from Nassfeld Ski resort. The host was really kind, the apartment was clean, the sauna is really cool. I can only recommend it.
