Das kleine Ferienhäuschen befindet sich am Fuße des Singerbergs (Wanderung ca. 1 h) im kleinem Bergdorf Windisch Bleiberg mitten in den Karawanken auf 900 Höhenmetern. Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage und doch mitten im Alpe-Adria Raum. 1,5 Stunden Autofahrt zur slowenischen Küste Istrien, 50 Minuten zur Hauptstadt Sloweniens, Ljubljana und nicht zu vergessen die vielen Kärntner Seen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Häuschen ist nur für 2 Personen ausgestattet und max. 1 Haustier (!keine Kinder)

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Relax with the whole family in this newly built luxury wellness "1A Chalet" WITHIN MINIMUM DISTANCE OF THE SKI SLOPE IN THE SKI AREA AT KLIPPITZTÖRL, with glazed panoramic sauna and relaxation room! Towels/bed linen are INCLUDED in the price! The 1A Chalet Klippitzhorst is situated at approx. 1,550 hm and is surrounded by ski slopes and hiking areas. The ski lifts are a short distance away on foot/skis or by car! High-quality box-spring beds ensure the highest level of sleeping pleasure.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The amenities include a kitchen, bedroom, shower, toilet, terrace and a beautiful garden. The Wörthersee-Rosental tourism region offers numerous cultural and sporting excursion opportunities: In the surrounding area are: Klagenfurt, Villach, Velden am Wörthersee, the Drau Cycle Path. Slovenia (Bled) or Italy (Tarvis) are also worth a trip.

The alpine hut in the mountain paradise is located in the middle of the impressive Carinthian mountains and invites you to numerous hikes in the immediate vicinity. The alpine hut can be used as a self-catering hut, but you can also indulge in culinary delights in the neighboring Kohlmaierhuette*.at. In the wooden sauna you can relax and enjoy the absolute tranquility of the mountains. A subsequent jump into the pond is only for the hardy ;) Enjoy high above.

I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time.
