Our vacation home is located by the lake and consists of four apartments (bedroom/living area in one), a laundry room (incl. dryer) Sauna + steam shower. The large lakeside property is a place for adventure and an oasis of relaxation, for swimming, enjoying the sun & nature, and unwinding. The contrast to overflowing lakes. Well protected and separated from the house only by an access road. Plus shared amenities: children's playground, barbecue, fire pit, dining areas, rowboat, 2 SUPs, washing machine, living room with covered terrace.

Enjoy the sounds of nature with a breathtaking view of the medieval Liebenfels Castle and the mountains. Your Holiday at home with a wood-burning stove and sauna trailer: Relaxing in the greenery by the Hamlet. Barbecue and fire bowl for relaxing and unwinding with a view of the Glantal valley and its rich history. We carefully renovated the old granary and equipped it with every comfort.

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Thanks to the central location, lakes, hiking trails and excursion destinations are quickly accessible.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Reside at the Theresienhof townhouse. Built by the trades of Franz Ritter von Jakomini in the early 19th century. On just under 120 m² you will find 2 bedrooms, a spacious kitchen with dining area for 6 people, a spacious living room, as well as bathroom and toilet separated. Wifi is also part of the basic equipment as a washing machine and a dryer. A fenced garden is ideal for playing for children.
