Our property is 7 acres of which 1/2 is bushland with a large variety of native birds & wildlife here. So close to World Heritage listed K'gari/ Fraser Is

Cosy queen bed. Roku smart TV. Double vanity bathroom, kitchenette and stylish BBQ to enjoy. Coffee Station with variety of coffee/tea. The Hot Tub is heated for your private use. Three minute walk around corner to BWS, bakery, butchery and IGA. Sorry not equipped for children.

The Garden Studio is in central Hervey Bay. It has its own entrance, a private garden/courtyard, and an amazing shower overlooking the private garden. Guests love this. The kitchenette is only suitable for making light meals it has a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and sandwich maker. A basin/bowl is provided to wash dishes. The shared magnesium mineral pool is relaxing, gentle on the skin, and great for those body aches. You also have use of the outdoor area by the pool and barbeque.

Your fully self contained Studio has one queen size bed and a kitchen for you to cook, Separate Lounge Room and your own private bathroom right next door and your own patio area. . A separate studio style unit with direct access to the beach . We allow small dogs under 10kgs. Tea, coffee, sugar no milk as everyone likes something different. And we have Wifi. Mountain bike tracks close by and a General Store takeaway - Chemist etc just around the corner. A short bike ride will take you to 2 Restaurants on the water and a beautiful lake. Kite surfing or a 15 minute drive to Hervey Bay , tours to Fraser Island and whale watching. Or sunset drinks on the beach.
