Cozy cabin by the sea with lovely views from the living room/terrace in a quiet area. The cabin is good for couples, families and groups of friends. There are nice hiking areas in the community; local peaks like Horse and Himakånå are popular. It is possible to take a day trip to Preikestolen and Stavanger day trip. The climbing park "Høyt og Lavt" is located 15 min drive from the cabin. During the summer months (May to Sept) it is possible to rent a boat and kayaks. Animals are not allowed in the cabin. Cozy cabin by the fjord. Perfect for couples, families and friends.

Skjoldastraumen is an idyllic and quiet place with opportunities for more activities and excursions. The place is probably best known for its saltwater locks that opened in 1908. The saltwater blades are the only ones in Norway that are still in use. The sandy beach on Notaflå is centrally located and provides swimming opportunities on a nice summer day. Also in the vicinity is the Straumen school. Here, the kids can play and play football. If you drive to Nedstrand, you will not find unknown Himakånå. "Straumen is the Draumen"

Førsteetasjen i en sjarmerende villa fra 1912. Moderne, varmt og bekvemt, så vi beholder komforten, men med tydelige spor av gammel stil. Huset ligger i en rolig blindgate, et steinkast bak rådhuset. Setter du deg ute i gården med en kaffe, kan du nyte morgensolen og synet av rådhuskuppelen. Det er bare ett hus mellom Laurentzes hus og kinoen. Vil du ha en frokost i det grønne, kan du lage deg en kaffe på kjøkkenet, og spasere to minutter bort i Byparken og nyte den på en grønn benk der.

Here there is plenty of space for play,bonfire and barbecue. There are good sun spots all around the cabin. 15-30 min by car for all atractions at Haugalandet. For grocery shopping, the convenience store in Slåttevik is recommended, which is only 4 min away by car.

The cottage is located in quiet surroundings and you're going to love our place because it's located right by the fjord. You can easily go fishing and hiking or just relax and enjoying the view. Furthermore, the quiet surroundings make it magical when you take a bath in the jacuzzi while watching the sunset. We highly recommend a hike to Himakånå. It is also possible to take a day trip to the Pulpit Rock.
