Holiday rentals with beach access in Hiboun

Impeccable accommodation. However, for winter, as today in January, central heating (in the living room) is available and works to heat, but the bathroom and bedroom heating does not work (to be repaired and checked for the next vacationers). Otherwise, overall the location and the apartment are peaceful, and we are satisfied for a short stay. Thank you ☺️

Amazing place. Fell in love with it at first sight. The area is walkable and very alive at all times; has good options to dine in. You have everything you need in and out of the place. I also recommend taking a day trip on the boats to Kuriat Island. Rafik was very responsive and gave detailed instructions for the check in. Thank you once again for the stay and hospitality!

This is a lovely apartment, clean, well equipped and nicely furnished. It is a 20 minute walk into the medina, and there are restaurants and shops nearby. Happy to recommend.

everything went well, communication without problems, clean and cozy housing. Nearby shops, restaurants and taxis, to the city and the beach about 15 minutes walk. Very nice very spacious accommodation, well heated in winter with all the necessary amenities. It's very quiet, the bedding is comfortable and the sea view is very nice. It is very well located and easy to access. The host is very responsive and friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

This is s very nice apartment. It is clean, spacious with free parking onsite. The location is excellent next to president’s palace museum . Ouidad always responded quickly with great hospitality. Highly recommended.

My stay in this house was exceptional. The house is beautiful, beautifully decorated with breathtaking sea views, and it is perfectly equipped. Traveling with seniors, I asked to pick up the keys earlier than expected, and the host was very flexible and understanding, which made our arrival easier. Everyone was delighted with the comfort and accessibility of the house. The location is ideal, close to amenities and beaches. Ines was responsive and attentive. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and enchanting place. We can't wait to go back.

Our stay at Mehdia's villa was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were dazzled by the exceptional proximity to the beach - just 100 meters walk away, it was like having our own corner of paradise at your fingertips. The villa itself is spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated, offering magnificent ocean views from several of its rooms. The attention to cleanliness was remarkable, and modern amenities made our stay so much easier. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our meals while admiring the breathtaking view of the waves. The rooms were welcoming, with cozy beds that offered us nights of restful sleep. However, what really made the difference for us is the warm hospitality of the hosts. Always available and willing to share their local knowledge, they helped make our stay even more memorable.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. Modern furnitures and good position. During my stay I did everything by foot. very close to bars, restaurants, Sousse beach and the Medina. I highly reccomend this accommodation. Finally, the host is very friendly and ready to help you in case of need.

We had a very pleasant stay, "like at home" but with the added bonus of the sea view! The washing machine allowed us to avoid being overloaded with laundry and avoid taking a piece of luggage in the hold, which saved us time and money. Shower is hot with good pressure. All modern comforts are present and the apartment is decorated in a sober, very relaxing way. Thank you for this stay, which was entirely satisfactory. We will be happy to come back for a future occasion.

Great value for money! Very good location with a beautiful beach full of life (jet, parachute, towed buoy...)

What can I say! I had a lovely visit in this beautiful apartment. I accidentally locked myself out and had to disturb the owner who handled it with ease and respect which was very much appreciated. We loved the use of the private beach and aqua park, it really enhanced our experience. A lovely spacious apartment exactly as described. We hope to return.

Chokri is a caring and very responsive person. He shows great hospitality and is concerned that his tenants are in his home. The apartment is well located in a quiet environment close to the beaches of Salakta and Mahdia. The accommodation is very well arranged and the residence is very quiet and well-maintained. The small detail of the breakfast each morning brought discreetly by Chokri is much appreciated. We would recommend this host and will be no problem coming back.
