Very nice condo. Clean, neat, tidy, comfortable. Kitchen was adequately equipped for a vacation rental. Very nice location so near to the beach. Did I say clean? Loved that. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your condo.

The location was great, close to many restaurants and shops, great ocean breeze, great ocean view from the room, beautiful grounds, and 5 minutes from my sons house on Camp Pendleton!

Location to beach was great! Property was beautiful! Nice pool and hot tub. Rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room all as pictured and nice. Juan was great to communicate with! Area is a little noisy to sleep with windows open at night. We left windows open during the day and used the fans at night with windows closed. Having fans on ceilings and provided in the bedrooms was nice. We were not hot while sleeping.

This was one of the best Airbnb locations that I've ever stayed in, including the actual condo and the host. The condo was super clean, comfortable, and came with everything that you would want for a beach vacation. There were extra blankets, sheets, tons of towels, soaps for the dish washer and washing machine, and all of the furniture was comfortable and clean. The location really couldn't be better. You are steps away from essentially a private beach in San Diego and have access to a ton of pools and seating areas that overlook the ocean. The weather in this part of SD is always nice and because you're so close to the water, the ocean breeze makes the condo comfortable and airy throughout the day. Alyssa was incredibly easy to work with, super responsive, and a great host. Booking with her, getting an early check in (Thank you!) and working out the details was straight forward and she was always clear and friendly. Next time I'm back in SD, I'll be looking to stay here again!

This is my favorite place we have stayed in San Diego. Easy, direct beach access, comfortable apartment with all the beach gear and well stocked in the kitchen and pantry for everything we needed. Definitely coming back!

We stayed at Vidal's place to attend our niece's graduation from UCSD, and it was perfect! The bed was comfortable, my sister could crash on the couch, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Great location, and the condo is very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the amenities and the amazing view from the living room and bedroom.

Joseph is a great host and the place truly is a tropical paradise with easy access to the beach & downtown Oceanside in walking distance (.5 mi). The property does feel like a hotel but having an “adults only” hot tub is nice to get away from children if you’re wanting that. My friends and I walked to local restaurants and coffee shops each day. The place is very clean and he’s got pretty much everything you could need include extra fans and sound machines if you need some white noise to sleep, which I do so I was pleasantly surprised! Will stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

This is our third year staying at Diana’s condo, and we couldn’t be happier. The location is perfect, the condo itself is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. One of the highlights for us is the stunning view from the balcony. Diana is a fantastic host, always easy to contact and quick to respond to any questions.

This was the second time that my family stayed at this AirBnB, and we absolutely love the condo's proximity to the beach. The condo itself is clean with all the basic essentials that you need... boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooking supplies. Both of the times that we've stayed here the condo has been very quiet; we've never heard noise from neighbors. The condo community has several pools, hot tubs, and a tennis court plus the spectacular clubhouse with panoramic ocean views. There are lots of little coffee shops and places to walk to near the condo community and it's very family friendly. The mattresses and pillows are dated, but aside from that this condo is truly a gem.

We had an amazing week in Oceanside! This condo is very cozy yet has modern upgrades. There are great views from all of the windows. It is so nice to listen to the ocean at all times. Everything is in walking distance. We will definitely be back again.

We had an amazing week! The condo is just a few steps away from the beach and also has a pool and spa that we had almost to ourselves most of the time! It’s also walking distance from tons of restaurants and the pier! The room is modern, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to have a great trip! We will definitely stay again next time we’re in Oceanside!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hildy's condo in Oceanside. It was exactly as described, very very clean, and it had everything we needed, especially for the beach. We especially appreciated how many toys and boogie boards there were to bring to the beach for our family of four. Although we didn't need to contact Hildy, it was clear that she was available if we needed help with anything. Thank you Hildy!

Ms.Sandy provided a very welcoming AirBnB rental to relax and decompress in. From her initial inactions, she was extremely helpful with detailed instructions and helpful suggestions. As a bonus, the HOA also offered recommendations on places locally to dine at and entertainment. It’s the combination of these two that make for an enjoyable experience. Ms. Sandy’s place is clean and features 2 smart tvs for your entertainment pleasure. Just remember to log out of your streaming service before checking out. If you need a bit of fresh air, the beach is close by, along with the harbor with eateries and entertainment. Or just walk around the compound and enjoy the various water features and koi pond. For you golfers, bring your putter and enjoy the putting green. There’s also a swimming pool and gym, however the beach is just minutes away. You can definitely put your trust in Ms. Sandy for a very enjoyable experience.

From the cozy decor to the thoughtful amenities, this place was the perfect choice for our stay near UCSD. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy for us to prepare meals, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The backyard was a beautiful oasis, reminiscent of a Parisian paradise. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, taking the stress out of our trip and allowing us to fully enjoy our son's graduation. Needless to say, our family didn't want to leave. Thank you Timothy and Fernanda for making our stay truly memorable.

Shahriyar was probably one of the best Host I’ve had, Very interactive and make sure everything was smooth and easy as possible. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that’s in the San Diego area.

Mike and Jane have a lovely secluded home with beautiful views. They really take pride to make their guests comfortable having plenty of amenities with extra little touches. Every thing was in great working order and the kitchen was more than fully equipped. There were very responsive to a couple of questions. The beds were super comfortable and had extra blankets if needed. The house was clean and nicely decorated. I was there for a wedding at Tivoli (10-15 minutes away), but I’d like to go again just to stay and relax. Monserate Winery is just minutes away. Jane and Mike are such great hosts! Thank you so much for offering your beating home to us.

We absolutely loved our stay here in Solana Beach - we felt completely at home and wish we could have stayed a few more weeks to just relax and enjoy the amazing weather. The unit had everything we needed. It's a beautiful and peaceful space. The neighborhood is also every nice, and walkable, though you'd probably want to drive to Solana Beach and Del Ray. We would definitely stay here again!

Oh....My....Goodness.... this home is gorgeous! We had such a great stay and Jonathan's accommodations and gracious hosting was first class. This has fully equipped kitchen, linens, games, books, furnishing, whatever you might want.... this is by far the best appointed home I have experienced. The home is sprawling and spacious inside... and the outside patios are beautiful with a view of the ocean. We loved gathering around the fire pit in the evenings. We enjoyed several of the restaurants that were listed in the detailed digital guide Jonathan provided. The guide even included instructions on how to use the various appliances so we were up and running in no time -- home away from home. We will definitely be back!

This home is a gem! We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Sean’s home. It’s clean, peaceful, quiet, fun for kids and beautifully designed. Sean has done a wonderful job maintaining the mid-century design of the home, while still having the creature comforts of modern time. Sean was very easy to communicate with. We look forward to visiting again!

Katherine was a wonderful host, and the property was a fantastic place to stay while our kitchen was being remodeled. The pool is amazing, the view is peaceful and lovely. Katherine was always responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything or had questions. We do know the area, so we didn't need to do any exploring, but we loved the easy access to the freeway to go south to beautiful San Diego or west to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby and the neighborhood was great to walk with our dog. The house was spotless when we arrived and had all the amenities we needed to function as a family. Plenty of linens, pool towels, and bedrooms to spread out and feel comfortable. The pool and slide are the highlight of staying here for sure!
