We stayed at Chi's place for more than two weeks, and she was a kind and helpful host who did her best to make our stay comfortable. The location of the house is excellent, situated in a non-touristy area of District 2, just a 5-minute walk from the Rach Chie MRT station. Everything went smoothly, and I would highly recommend Chi's house if you want to stay in Saigon.

Nice apartment. Nice wallpaper. Good location because it's about 150m from Vincom. Opposite the bus lot is very convenient. The apartment is new and clean with nothing to criticize. If you upgrade the pillows, the table will be waived. It's worth it to book.

It was a great find, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Full size fridge, well-equipped kitchen and washing machine which we needed to use when our stay was extended. Very accessible to convenience stores (3 within apartment complex), supermarkets (1 within walking distance and another at Go!, a 5-10 min grab ride away). A short walk to wet market with stalls selling fruits, noodles and Banh mi (yummy roasted pork filling from stall that is closest to the road junction, open only morn till about 10/11am). Also, if you take the road visible from balcony and turn right to follow dirt road all the way to the end and turn into main road, there is a great com tam stall, which is always busy, that caters to university dorm students across the road. All the way there are food stalls too, open mostly in morning half. With the new HCMC metro, we could easily catch grab ride to nearest station (National University) to Ben Thanh station, less than 30 mins ride. Can consider again for next stay!

This was our first time in Vietnam, and staying at Nhat’s place made it such a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel incredibly welcome. He was kind, thoughtful, and always made sure we were comfortable—checking in on us from time to time just to see if we needed anything. The place itself was cozy and clean, exactly what we needed after a long day exploring the city. But what really stood out was Nhat himself. He went out of his way more than once to help us out, and those little gestures meant a lot—especially being in a new country for the first time. It honestly felt like we had a friend looking out for us, not just a host. We’re leaving Ho Chi Minh with full hearts, and we’re so grateful to Nhat for making our first trip to Vietnam feel so warm and easy. Thank you, Nhat! Until next time!

a nice and unique experience staying here. very local building with restaurants and cafes around. walk further and there's some fantastic crab meat delicacies restaurant. Do take note that the main gate will be locked at certain timing so do bring along both set of keys when going out. Host is very responsive and helpful. I am sure they will become super host soon!

I had an amazing stay at this homestay in Ho Chi Minh City! The location is absolutely perfect — it’s right in the heart of the city, so everything from tourist spots to restaurants and local markets is just a short walk or quick ride away. It made exploring the city super convenient. The room itself was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. It had a cozy, welcoming vibe that made me feel right at home. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and all the essentials were provided, which made my stay really comfortable. What truly stood out to me was how supportive and friendly the host was. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and were always available whenever I had a question.
