The new owners ( Delores & Rhonda) have rejuvenated the property with new colors & amenities. Nestled in a beautiful hollow with walking access (.03 of a mile) to Greers Ferry Lake. It's not unusual to see road runners, deer, turkey & hear yelps of coyotes in the distance. To add to your experience each cabin has a fire pit, sittin' porch & grill!

Situated on 2.5 acres, Annikken's cabin is perfect for Large families or couples vacationing. Bring your boat or rent one at the nearby Marina. Launching facilities and swimming are also available just a 1/4 mile away at the Narrows State Park. Heber Springs is just 30 minutes East. Enjoy the spacious yard perfect for outdoor activities or just relax on the large deck while enjoying the peaceful secluded surroundings. There is TV, DVD player with movies but NO CABLE. Handicap accessible ramp.

The pathway to the water has a beautiful view and a great place to jump in the lake or drop a fishing line. Water equipment provided for guests includes 2 kayaks with paddles and more. This lake house has 2 king lakeview rooms with new hybrid mattresses. The twin room has a new memory foam mattress that pulls out to make a King. The loft has a Queen mattress. Just a 5 minute walk to our neighborhood access point into Greers Ferry Lake, Heber Hideaway is your perfect lake retreat! Our studio style guest suite is very private including its own entrance, bathroom, queen sized bed, and kitchenette including a full size refrigerator, microwave,and toaster oven. Our quiet dead end street is right off of the main road and very close to Walmart, restaurants, local beach areas, sugarloaf mountain, and the little red river! Fee sent if over max capacity.

Great Place to make Family memories! Awesome 3 story lighthouse with fabulous views from all the windows and including massive outdoor deck surrounding 3 sides of the lighthouse. Two new lower patios for firepit and lounging. We have a wide direct path to lake with tons of water toys including paddle boards and kayaks. Our property sits on over 9 acres of land right on Greers Ferry Lake. Lots of space and room from ATVS and parking your boats.

We had a nice stay. We booked at the last minute due to a water leak in our cabin we own nearby. We were very glad to find something last minute at 8:00 PM. The house was clean and cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed. Coffee k cups provided were a nice touch. Shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms plus hand soap was also provided. My son loved the PAC Man game downstairs. The stairs to the second bedroom are pretty narrow, so it could be a problem for some people. Parking is also very tight, so I wouldn’t suggest bringing more than 2 vehicles to this house.

I spent a week here and it was great. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Lovely shower, comfortable reclining sofa, and fast internet, which i used for a couple of work zoom meetings. Finally, excellent value! I would definitely stay here again.
