Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in High Falls

We loved our stay. They provided everything you need plus more. So comfortable, lovely ambiance and the sauna and hot tub were fantastic. We came on a rainy day and still had a great time. Location is 10/10. Loved the calmbucha. Highly recommend!

Our stay was great at Sarah's! Great location, comfortable space with great natural lighting, and very clean. The location provided easy access to a lot of great places in the Hudson Valley. Easy to get to Beacon, Storm King, and some great hikes in the area. Highly recommend if you are planning on visiting the area.

Great place to stay, has everything you’d need.

This is a great home. The decor is inviting, the kitchen is spacious, and the backyard has a great view. Really enjoyed the peace and quiet too.

Carmen's place is an amazing getaway. Set back and quiet, but close to town. Very clean, and with all the amenities you would need. Very responsive to all questions leading up to the trip. 5 stars all the way!

Such a fantastic stay right in the heart of Kingston! This apartment was exactly as described and incredibly clean. Easy to get to everything in and around Kingston. Tara was a responsive host with clear instructions on how to check in/check out.

A beautiful place that has been thoroughly and lovingly rebuilt by the owners. Really cozy house and a great location for doing things in town and exploring the valley.

This is such a lovely space. It was immaculately clean. The bed was super comfy. The thing I enjoyed the most were the big tall windows looking out over the trees and neighboring yards in a historic neighborhood. Max was a great communicator when I had a question about the washer and dryer. And because I was taking Amtrak home, he was kind enough to extend my checkout time by a few hours. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location, peaceful and private. Spacious, modern, comfortable home. Really good advice about places to explore and visit in the surrounding area. This is a place we’d return to in a heartbeat. Just the tonic after a week in Paris and a hectic entry via JFK. Ben’s place is a haven away from the world. We just loved it!

Had a wonderful and relaxing stay! Mack was incredibly responsive and even though the Airbnb app put me through the wringer, she was incredibly helpful and communicative. The bathtub and wood stove are great and the stove/oven was really nice to cook with.

We had a lovely stay at this remote little cabin home! It feels more like staying at a friend’s house while they are out of town rather than other types of Airbnb rentals. This is someone’s home, with personality, coziness, and a great view! We saw a ton of wildlife, including beavers, deer, and a black bear, so there is plenty of nature small and large.

We had a wonderful long weekend. The house is beautiful--old but with modern update. We loved the layout, especially for our young children, and the playroom was a huge plus. We kept warm by the fire, both in the living room and outside on the patio. The large yard was very pleasant to sit and enjoy each other's company and let the kids run around. Very private setting. (Just note the house is right on a fairly busy road and you do hear cars with windows open in the master). Beds are very comfortable. Sauna was wonderful. Host is very responsive. Would happily return.

Katherine was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond, letting our group stay past the original check out time. The place was very cozy and we loved the screened in porch and backyard. Was very relaxing and perfect for our group!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a relaxing weekend escape from NYC and couldn’t have picked a better spot. We came to explore Kingston but loved the house so much that we were just as happy staying in, playing games, and soaking in the cozy vibes. The home is beautiful and thoughtfully appointed — I can only imagine how magical it must be in the summer with the porch, or in the fall with the foliage. Even in late winter, it was idyllic. The location is perfect — just about 10 minutes from Kingston, so it’s super easy to pop into town while still feeling tucked away. We’d absolutely stay here again!

I can’t even begin to say enough about this place and the hosts! The space is GORGEOUS - pictures don’t do it justice. So much light and space for everyone! It absolutely made our wedding weekend even better and I am SO glad we chose to stay here with my family!!! Thank you so much!! Can’t wait to visit again ❤️

Beautifully designed home with really high end furniture. Aesthetically pleasing. It is right next to a main road, so there is a lot of noise from the cars. But once we got used to it, it was ok. Loved the house though.

This condo is absolutely beautiful and comfy! We especially love the bed and pillows.

Luiza was a wonderful host. She provided detailed check in and out instructions, as well as local recommendations for our stay. Her place was exactly as pictured and cleaned wonderfully for our arrival. We hope to be back for another ski trip!

The home was clean and had perfect amenities for my friends and I on our Catskills cycling trip. Was walkable to a morning breakfast spot, and ice cream at night. Would not hesitate to stay again!

5 stars, 5 stars, 5 stars!! I would just like to say I’ve stayed in many Air B&Bs before, and this one is by far one of my favorites. The hosts are absolutely amazing. They are proactive in responding and really want you be be comfortable and making sure you have no issues. The price was 100% worth it. I love that they included board games as a part of the space, such a nice touch. The bathrooms and bedrooms were also so clean, and we enjoyed our stay. You can really tell the hosts put a lot of love and care into this place. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Gerry’s place was a great, quiet stay for us. Close by to Kaaterskill and many other Catskill mountain attractions. Gerry was great at communicating and went out of his way to be helpful with our checkout procedures. I would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as pictured. The location was perfect—just a 30 min drive to Kaaterskill Falls and 5 mins to the local restaurants, but tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Michael was responsive and made check-in a breeze. We especially loved the beautiful views from the hot tub and how comfortable the space felt after a day of hiking and exploring. The sauna was a great surprise! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful escape to the Catskills. We’d absolutely stay again!

We had a great stay! The place is incredibly comfortable. Perfect for unwinding or just relaxing after a long day. It has a vintage charm that adds character, and everything we needed was there. The sauna was a fantastic bonus and definitely one of the highlights. Big shoutout to Carmelo, who was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a cozy and welcoming spot that's ideal for a laid-back getaway.
