Holiday rentals with breakfast in Highland Council

The house is lovely, well located and close to the center, restaurants and all. There's a parking space in the garden, which is great. Immediately you feel at home, feeling all the care and thought that is given to welcoming the guests. Clear instructions, and breakfast stuff like milk, bread, jam and butter. The house is fully furnished with modern appliances and facilities. The bathroom is very comfortable to use with top and had showers. In summary we loved the place.

Outstanding cottage in a stunning location near the coastal path. Highly recommend circular walk coastal to the beach and back by road. Hosts were friendly and could not have been more helpful. Lunch at the Bettyhill cafe, the store bistro and bar was excellent 👍 Superb base to explore the North Coast.

The house in Corpach is a lovely place: spacious, nicely furnished, and with a very well eqipped kitchen. It's in a quiet location but it's very easy to get from there to Fort William and on into Glen Nevis (or to just take a stroll down by the coast or the canal). Frazer is a very fine host: welcoming and good at communications.

The BNB was very modern, spacious and comfortable. host had local recommendations for restaurants to eat in and places to go. They’d left us enough food for a hearty breakfast at home. We were very comfortable and highly recommend this place.

We love staying in Airbnbs with a bit of interest / history so the Presbytery was right up our alley. Andrea was very accommodating and the space had everything we needed as a family of three. Right in the heart of Foress, and close to other towns of interest like Elgin, Brodie, etc.

What a fantastic place. The most amazing location with spectacular views and a great house. We quickly got into the habit of sauna, followed by a swim in the loch (what a treat that is), followed with a jacuzzi as our end of day routine. It really is a very lovely place. We hope to be back!!!

Our stay in Anne's house was perfect from every point of view. The apartment is lovely and equipped with every comforts. Anne was a fantastic host, she provided us a lot of information about the facilities around the house, the rules of the apartment and the check-in and check-out. I fully recommended staying at Anne's house.

This b&b is a rare find - Gunta is an expert host who goes out of her way to make one’s stay faultless. The rooms are crisp and clean. The sitting room is a comfortable haven. And then there’s the food - fantastic - the lamb shanks and absolute highlight. Breakfast was also delish (note that breakfast and dinner are additional costs to the room tariff). As cyclists we found this a real haven. It is excellent value for money and well worthy of its 5 star rating.

The Drumossie Bothy sounds like a very small basic Air B&B. It is not. It is a spacious very well equipped extension to the House that Helen lives in. A large kitchen area, a good sized shower room and toilet and a large living and sleeping area plus a room with a washer and dryer. Outside is a private patio with open outlook and a log burner fired hot tub. There is also a picnic table for outdoor eating. We could not find anything that let Drumossie Bothy down apart from the mattress in the bed which we found too soft for our liking but which may well suit others. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and met Helen and her husband who were good fun and great to talk to even providing a clutch of duck eggs for our consumption. When we arrived the Bothy was equipped with everything we needed for our first breakfast and some of it lasted for four days. The location of the Bothy provides you with a panoramic view over the fields to the Moray coast.

We loved our stay in Inverness at Rebecca's apartment. Amazing location right on the river and easy walking across the footbridge to centre of town. Free parking on the street was a bonus and good communication to make check-in easy. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had all the necessary items to cook. We even managed a load of washing! Highly recommend.

We were lucky to be able to book the accommodation spontaneously. The accommodation is as described and was very clean and lovingly furnished. We were warmly welcomed by Kathryn and she even had some food and drink prepared for us in the fridge. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so everything was quickly accessible. We can fully recommend the accommodation and will gladly come back!

We felt comfortable and the location was very good. We spent 2 nights here and explored the island from here.

Its remote, and eating out is not possible after 19:00, bokings esential, drive over the hils is hard

Great spot. Close to old town, scenic, great restaurants. Unit was amazing with lots of snacks and all kinds of helpful tourist information. Highly recommend.

The pictures do not do this spot justice. I had no idea how big it was. Large living room, kitchen and bedroom. There was coffee, tea and breakfast items. The lock was a little tricky but eventually figured it out.

The location of this apartment was ideal for walking around Inverness while being on the quieter side of town. We loved waking up and walking to cafes for breakfast, easy pick ups for day trips, and a gorgeous river stroll at night. The amenities and space were comforting, clean and completely charming. I would highly recommend this location for a lovely stay in Inverness.

Tarskavaig is a quiet village overlooking the sea and Fiona’s place is an easy walk to the shore. The room was well furnished and very comfortable with all the necessities. Fiona was very friendly and very knowledgeable on the area. We had a great stay.

Thank you very much, we felt very comfortable in the beautiful accommodation, everything is spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished, plus you have a wonderful view of the meadows and the coast from the windows. The breakfast was also excellent, so everything was as good as you could wish for. The accommodation is very well located for seeing the many sights in the north of the Isle of Skye.

Vicky and John are very likeable, hospitable and helpful hosts. We felt very comfortable with you immediately. Whenever we needed something, they were there. I would like to highlight the excellent homemade breakfast. A great, healthier, delicious change from the usual meat-heavy breakfasts. Our rooms had everything you need and offered plenty of space and privacy.

Joyce & Allan made me so welcome & could not have been more friendly & helpful. I felt entirely comfortable in their beautiful home.

Nice location off the beaten path but very close to some great hiking. Hosts were great and the place was spotless. Really enjoyed hot baths every evening a in the large soaking tub.

Catherine’s accommodation was perfect, she was very welcoming and the accommodation was spotless and very clean, she was a very good host and I would definitely stay there again. (She even drove me to the local Pub )

The house is ca 2 km far from the center. If you need to walk it would be ca 30 min. It is on top of a hill and from the gorgeous terrace you have a stunning view over the sea. All was there what we needed . We felt at home.good breakfast. I would choose it again.

A beautiful home in a beautiful area. Felt so at home, from the moment I arrived and was offered tea and cakes in the conservatory. Kate was a charming host and was very attentive. Breakfast was fab. I'd rate this 10/10 and would love to return 🥰😁
