Holiday rentals with a patio in Highland County

The apartment is cute and cozy and located near several local restaurants. It's close enough to Yoctangee Park to walk to see the rally race and even the truck parade is right outside the window.

We had a great stay and can't wait to come back. The space is designed beautifully with lots of great touches. Beds were comfy and the history was super interesting - loved the old photos. Parking was easy, and the town is really cute. We only stayed one night, had dinner at the Beehive and breakfast at the General Store. Both were great.

A Hidden Gem on the Water. From the moment we arrived, watching the golden hues of sunset reflect off the water was an experience in itself. But the real adventure began with the incredible activities offered. Kayaking along the shoreline, gliding through the peaceful waters and discovering hidden coves was the perfect way to soak in the natural beauty of this lake. The Pontoon boat ride was equally unforgettable, with our knowledgeable host, Matt, sharing fascinating stories about the lake’s history and the surrounding area. Learning about the local landmarks and the rich history that shaped this area made the experience even more special. The property itself is cozy, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. Whether sipping coffee on the deck or simply enjoying the fresh, crisp air, every moment here felt relaxing, refreshing and rejuvenating.

My stay at Fawn's place was absolutely wonderful! Fawn was incredibly responsive and welcoming from the moment I booked. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, making it a perfect home away from home. As a travel nurse, I unexpectedly had to leave early, and Fawn was extremely understanding and accommodating about the change in plans. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again in the future!

It was a great stay, close to the Robert's center and WEC. Comfortable bed, and Jana was a fantastic host.

We did not use hot tub or corn crib. Looks like a fun outdoor space! Fireflies were busy every night we came back. Very clean, had everything we needed. Great stay!

House was very clean and air conditioner worked great in the humid weather. My daughter and I felt safe in the area. It was quiet at night and beds were comfortable. Couldn't ask for more!

Arlene’s home is beautiful, comfortable and you feel like you are in your own home. I would give this home a 200% rating. From the moment we got there, my family and I were more than pleased. Rebecca Place was absolutely Perfect !! The cleanest Airbnb I have ever been to. The house was just so clean and so well stocked with everything you could ever need !! The upstairs for the kids was amazing and so well thought out from the decor to all the games ,the kiddos were in heaven ! The beds were super comfortable, the outside was so relaxing with the Hottub , and the kids loved making smores over the beautiful firepit. I cant say enough about this beautiful home !! Rebecca was always easy to to get ahold of with any questions we had ! Everything about our stay was just perfect! We will definitely be back , our families are planning another trip!! I loved my stay at Ron and Karen’s Cozy Cottage. This was an amazingly clean Airbnb. The decorating was very tasteful and provided a homelike/comfortable feel. The mattresses and pillows were wonderful! The cottage is located in a nice area with no concern for safety. Restaurants were nearby and the cottage was well-located for getting around Portsmouth. Ron and Karen were very responsive answering within minutes and providing detailed directions. I highly recommend this charming home.

We loved our stay! It was my wedding weekend, and my bridesmaids and I stayed here together. It was super cute, close to the venue, and Joseph was very accommodating. Great place!
