We welcome you to a spacious and private basement apartment with its own entrance and self check-in. Get cozy with your guests in a space that has a bedroom with a king-size bed, an 85-inch smart TV, soft sectional , private toilet, bathroom and kitchenet, all in the same space. None of the amenities are shared. The fully-equipped kitchenet has everything you'll need to cook and warm your meals. Guest suite is the entire basement apartment which is a part of a bigger home where host lives.

Pets allowed with $75/trip fee, no fee for service dogs (Note: emotional support animals are pets) 0.5 mile from I-95, 20 minutes from BWI airport.

Weems Creek Cottage, Annapolis Waterfront

(August, 2025) Jim is the best host we’ve ever had. Super responsive, reached out to let us know the place was ready and we could check in early. The house is perfect size for 2 adults and a kid. Beautiful view and really comfortable. We loved the screened in porch. We walked to breakfast at the smoothie place and had a great walk down to the naval academy. We would definitely stay here again.

This waterfront cottage is located 2 miles from Historic Downtown Annapolis and the United States Naval Academy, making it easy to plan your visit. It is located right on the South River in a quiet neighborhood. There is a full outdoor seating and patio area with a grill and fire pit.
