This cheery cottage is perfect for sunrises with coffee or exploring beautiful Lake Sebring on kayaks (included with booking). Plenty of parking onsite (bring your boat trailer), you will love this oasis on the lake! We want your stay to be pleasant and carefree so we do not require our guests to do any dishes, laundry, or other cleaning when checking out. Our housekeeping crew will take care of you!

It’s amazing. We love to share our home in hopes that you enjoy as much as our family and friends do. Most neighbors are snowbirds here to stay warm. Boat slip available. Ramp about 5 minutes away. Golf courses and hiking trails nearby. Sebring Racetrack 8 miles away .Downtown Sebring 20 minutes away.

Up to 6 people can stay in this house on a canal that leads to Lake Charlotte. The home has just been renovated with fresh paint and LVT floors throughout. It has a bonus room with a water view to gather to play games, and spend time together. There's also a screened porch, and lake access 1/2 block away at the neighborhood park.
