Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Higuillar

The apartment and complex was very nice. We loved how close it was to a very clean beach. About 15min by uber to Old San Juan and about 10 minutes to SJU. Luis was quick to respond to my messages. And the apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The furniture was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. The area wasn’t very touristy, but it felt safe. I would definitely recommend.

Home away from home. Always clean and welcome, my absolute favorite place to stay when traveling to the island. Jose and his team are as wonderful as always. Highly recommend! I've stayed here too many times to count because I love it THAT MUCH!

This place was nothing short of perfect! As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by friendly security and when I walked into the apartment it smelled so clean and fresh! It was a nice first impression. Besides that, it was conveniently located, across from a Walgreens, and in general near everything. Loved the easy access to the pool and beach also. Quiet building as well. It was just great all around, and the price was very affordable and fair! I’d DEFINITELY stay again next time I am in PR.

El apartamento es bien espacioso y muy trankilo. Tiene de todo para descansar y pasar el rato. Ideal para parejas y para hacer turismo en el area ya que esta ubicado cerca de areas de interes.

Me and my family really loved staying at Arturo's place. He's place is great and has everything you can need for your stay. And if you love the beach like me and my family do he has everything you can need for a day at the beach. He's a great host. I truly recommend his place for a stay. Definitely would be my first choice for future trips .

13 Sol is dreamy. We were looking for a place with a great outdoor space, views, proximity to touring the town. The terrace was amazing for all times of the day especially breezy evenings. The stairs are no problem and are to be expected in most upper level stays in Viejo San Juan. The place has great character, all the necessities plus extras, is well cooled and is by far the best airbnb we’ve stayed in. All of Viejo is walkable and 13 Sol is in the best pocket of the town with a peaceful street, the best history literally two to three blocks away and the best coffee around within a block or two. Shower was nice and hot, bed perfectly comfortable, WiFi is strong and everything else as it should be. Don’t wait, just book it. It’s the place you want to stay.

The property is well kept & the unit was so clean! We were very comfortable & would definitely stay again. Gloria was a great host! During our stay the island experienced a blackout for a couple of days, but there is a generator on the property so it didn’t affect us. Gloria kept in touch & made sure we were comfortable. Close to the beach, stores & restaurants. .

Great place to stay. Super clean and well organized. Yazi really thought of everything you could need to make your stay as stress free as possible. Comfy bed, 15 min walk to La Placita, 5 min walk to nearest grocery store. Very much worth it

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. Our recent stay in Puerto Rico was nothing short of amazing! We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb, and it exceeded all our expectations. The house was exactly as listed—spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The highlight of our trip was the stunning pool area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The host went above and beyond, providing all the essentials we needed to fully enjoy the pool. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions we had. The location was also fantastic, close to local attractions and beautiful beaches. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Puerto Rico. We can’t wait to return!

It was a great place to spend a weekend with the family inn.. the pool is perfect for the little ones. All the amenities int eh house and the area places just makes the experience better. I recommend this property for your next Puerto Rico vacation.

Wir kommen aus Deutschland und haben für 20 Tage unsere Tochter und ihre Familie in Puerto Rico besucht. Wir haben uns tagsüber bei der Tochter aufgehalten und kamen nur zum übernachten in die Wohnung. Für unsere Bedürfnisse ist die Wohnung gut eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte auch bei Stromausfällen einwandfrei. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders gut hat es uns gefallen, dass das Haus hell, sauber ist und frei von Ungeziefer war. Sehr praktisch war, dass der Parkplatz für unser Auto auf dem Grundstück war. Wir haben uns sicher gefühlt. Wünschenswert wäre, wenn die Duscharmatur im Bad ausgetauscht wird, da die eingestellte Wassertemperatur nicht konstant gehalten wird, sondern ständig zwischen zu kalt auf zu heiß wechselt. Wir würden gerne jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. 😊

4th time in PR & This was a short and solo stay. Loved the place and how close it was to everything! Auribelle was very helpful with the check in and responsive. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here next time I visit. Always respect the island the people❤️

Honestly this place was amazing not only did it look beautiful, but it felt like home, local places are not that far away from this place and close to the beach. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

This is a fantastic condo with at a great location with everything you may need and it’s near Viejo San Juan and Condado. The Host Angel is very accommodating and responsive, I would stay here again.

Great location to stay in Old San Juan historical district. Walk everywhere and we found a car is not necessary. Noisy during the evenings so bring earplugs for a good night sleep.

Perfect location! In the heart of Old San Juan, truly immersed into the culture and night light. So close to the water and historic landmarks. It was so easy to walk around the city and plan outings. Love love love!

Looks just like the photos , the patio view even better than the photos. Perfect location , very walkable. The amenities in the lobby are prefect for your stay. The host is very helpful and is quick to respond. I will definitely be coming again for a longer stay!

What a wonderful location. Daniel was very communicative, making the whole process of checking in very easy. This spot was centrally located with a supermarket only feet away. It also was directly on the beach which was extremely convenient and made the views even better. Very short ride from the airport, and not far from places like Old San Juan. The place was very clean and he even left water bottles in the fridge in case we were thirsty upon landing! 10/10 experience and would be happy to book again.

I always stay in this building whenever I visit PR. This was my first time staying in this apartment and it was wonderful. The view is amazing and I was so lucky to wake up to it everyday. Central location and appreciated the 24/7 security.
