HORSE FARM Retreat, Newer Built Private Guesthouse

Escape to our private guesthouse located in our peaceful but lively 7-acre farm with our family of horses, ponies, Guinea hens, ducks, roosters, chickens, bunnies, cats, & very lovable dogs. Enjoy grabbing fresh eggs, giving animals treats, puppies belly rubs, grilling, making s’mores at the fire pit, and enjoying the farm life! Master Suite complete with king size bed, private entrance, refrigerator, microwave, full size bath with dual vanities and walk in closet. Out back is a huge porch w/couch & two rockers. The fridge comes stocked with soda and water. There's a 55" TV with cable and wifi. The room is secluded from main living area with private access. Guest will have full privacy during stay. Our home is located 5 minutes from I4, HCC Plant City & Downtown Plant City in a Gated community.

Lots of natural light. It’s perfect for relaxing. We are close to beaches, Sporting venues, museums the aquarium and Busch Gardens in Tampa. Situated between Epperson and Mirada lagoons. Wesley Chapel has movie theaters, mini golf, shopping and restaurants within a short drive.

We are not a business (nor are we owned by a business) therefore we do not conduct our hospitality like a business, but rather as hosts looking to meet and make new friends! We do all our own cleaning and set-up in the guesthouse so that we know it is done the way we would do it for our own family.

This small Farmhouse is in the country area of Small town Plant City. Office space available with high speed internet for those needing to remote into work while in a getaway. Game room includes Ping Pong table, Pool table, Sapo and lounge area. Kitchen is fully stock. Bed linens and towels are provided. One of our favorite highlights is the out door views w/ bull, pig, and ducks. You will be able to encounter them while you stay with us.
