Family-friendly holiday rentals in Hin Lek Fai

This property was amazing! We were 7 guys in hua hin to play golf and the house accommodated us really well. 7 bedrooms, great pool and garden. Staff were extremely friendly and great cooks too! Will def come back!

Our stay at Deepak's was great. From the moment we arrived, we felt very much at home. The condo was exactly as described in the listing and the photos accurately represent the beautiful condo. The lazy river swimming pool is massive and we enjoyed walking through and exploring the resort and seeing the beautiful homes and lush tropical foliage. The fact that is is next door to the Hua Hin Sheraton Resort & Spa only enhances its appeal. The Sheraton is a beautiful resort with great amenities and a great beach to enjoy as well. We loved Deepak's place and cannot wait to return!

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in deze luxe villa ! We hoefden Aud of Gladys maar iets te vragen of het werd geregeld. Zwembad was zeer schoon! Deze werd 2x per week grondig schoongemaakt. Zeer mooie grote groene tuin. We komen graag nog eens terug ! Heel erg bedankt !

Asunto oli tilava ja valoisa. Pieni patio oli mukava oleskelupaikka aamukahville ja illan rauhoittumiselle. Vaikka vieressä oli toinen kerrostalo, välissä oleva kahluuallas antoi väljyyttä ja istutukset lisäsivät viihtyisyyttä. Koko alue oli erittäin hyvin hoidettu. Kahluuallas ja kaksi uima-allasta johdattivat hienosti rauhalliselle rannalle. Koska huoneistoon ei kuulunut siivousta, pyysimme sitä. Siivoojat olivat tehokkaita - puhdasta tuli. Kaikesta näki, että koko henkilökunta oli paneutunut työhönsä. Keittiönurkkaus oli pieni, mutta hyvin siinä valmisti aamu- ja välipalat. Lähellä oli pari hyvää ravintolaa. Noin 30 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä oli kauppa ja runsaasti ravintoloita sekä tietysti hierontapaikkoja. Tyylikäs ympäristö, avara asunto, rauhallinen tunnelma ja ystävällinen sekä tehokas henkilöstö loivat positiivisen muiston.

pooky a été très arrangeante et toujours disponible pour répondre à mes questions, merci ! la piscine est un vrai plus, très propre et immense. le personnel du condo est très souriant et sympathique, et l'entretien est impeccable. le lit était confortable et tout fonctionnait bien dans l'appartement, il ne m'a rien manqué. la mer est à 1 min à pied, avec plein de petits restos. pour aller sur Hua Hin ou au marché de Cha-Am, vous n'aurez aucun mal à commender un bolt. bref super séjour, condo calme et très sympa, n’hésitez pas.

Ich hatte eine sehr angenehme Zeit in Hua Hin! Das Apartment entsprach genau der Beschreibung – sauber, gut ausgestattet und in perfekter Lage. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert, von der Kommunikation bis zur Schlüsselübergabe. Besonders die Nähe zu Restaurants, Strand und Märkten war ein großer Pluspunkt. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

WOW! This place is perfect. It’s a ground floor condo right in front of the pool that overlooks the ocean. The grounds are immaculate and condo is superbly well maintained. The beach is spotless - no garbage at all, soft sand and very clean water. There is no rip tide or undertow and, as such, is perfect for kids wanting to crash about the waves. At night, it is absolutely silent except for the crashing of the waves. While there are a few local restaurants, I’d recommend having a car to get into town as there is no public transport (at least none that I was aware of). Overall a beautiful stay.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this private villa. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a hidden paradise—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and designed for total relaxation. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with every amenity we could possibly need. The private pool was a highlight, perfect for group of people enjoy. The surrounding area was quiet with lot of Todd’s sounds. The host maid was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

House in Busaba Villa Hua Hin offers a fantastic layout that maximizes space and comfort, making it ideal for a relaxing stay. Located in a quiet residential area, it provides a peaceful environment away from the hustle and bustle, yet remains well connected to beaches, local amenities and attractions. The home is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including wet and dry kitchens, a pool area, and modern appliances. A special bonus for pet owners is the little park available in the compound for your furry friends to enjoy, making it a perfect choice for travellers with pets. We recommended 100%, and we will definitely get back.

Great place in the countryside but only a 15 minute drive (max) to Hua Hin - Ideal for families away for a relaxing time, awesome swimming pool.

We are a family of 10 pax with elderly and young kids. The host place was spacious and that gives everyone their own space and personal bathroom. The indoor swimming pool was also fabulous! The host prepared plenty of mineral water for us which last us more than our stay. The fruits and welcome cake were also a pleasant surprise! Overall, its a great place to chill for a holiday! Thumbs up.

Our second stay at Orawan 's villa. Our previous review still stands with one exception, we know Orawan more now. Orawan is the most understanding, responsive host. The villa has everything you could need, the housekeeper is very attentive and keeps the villa fresh and clean. Orawan is on hand to help with any queries, or concerns. Opposite the villa is a good restaurant and big pool. Can highly recommend this villa, having a great host makes the world of difference.

Nong ist eine tolle Gastgeberin! Bereits vor der Reise hat sie sich nach uns erkundigt und Tipps gegeben. Das Haus ist wirklich schön und gemütlich. Besonders gefallen hat uns der idyllische Garten. Es ist angenehm ruhig und die Unterkunft lag zentraler als die Bilder vermuten ließen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in Hua Hin, Nong! Ein kleiner Vorschlag unsererseits: Schiebevorhänge für die Tür damit man sich abends privater fühlt :-)

雖然沒在華欣鬧區，但獨棟villa很適合一家老小，隔壁棟可能有活動每天都唱歌到很晚還好門關起來不太會被打擾，點外送建議可加一些小費，不然距離遠容易被棄單，其餘皆完美

Beautiful and affordable place. Perfect retreat for a group or a family. House was spacious and offered plenty of comfort. It also has a large outside area with the pool. Host was helpful and always responsive. Only few hundred meters from the beach, surrounded by good restaurants. Plenty of markets around with local and foreign foods and all kind of products, just 10 minute drive away.

Great place for large extended family vacation. Good location, huge property & pool. Ideal for families with kids! Chanat is a great host, very quick to reply and helpful. Kitchen could use a few more appliances and utensils and a bigger fridge, given the size of the property. Some maintenance is needed for drains and aircon, but managed to make it work for our stay. The chemicals used to maintain the pool made our swimsuits green, but think it will come out in the wash. Overall a great family stay!

our second time a Supatra's apartment. Really enjoy staying here, big pool and Beach Access are one reasons for us. Also the apartment is very nice, close to the Mall for groceries when we want a quiet evening at home, and close to good restaurants when we decide to ho out. Would definitely recommend Suprata's place.

Great place, the room is huge and very beautiful with pools outside. Not the best matresses but all in all definitely a great place to stay. For the cheap price I would even say it is perfect

A really nice villa that was just right for our group of two couples & a single adult. Jocelyn and Gayle are outstanding hosts and are very responsive to messages. We love this area and the proximity of the villa to the beach and there's plenty of local restaurants that serve excellent Thai food at great prices. Our two favourites were Tonto & Krua Ban Pa. The villa has a very relaxing vibe and is really comfortable. The helper comes in every day to empty the trash and the beds/towels were changed every week. The pool guy comes in twice a week to clean and the big pool is an excellent focal point. WiFi, smart TV and other amenities in the villa are all great. Beds are large and comfortable and the villa is in a quiet area but only one block back from the beach road. We had nothing whatsoever to criticise & would happily stay again. It was really good that enough bicycles were available for us to use and we cycled pretty much every day to the beach, local 7-11, lunch and dinner out.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig ausgestattet und auch für einen längeren Urlaub geeignet. Besonders praktisch ist dass die Wohnung mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet ist. Wenn man allerdings Kontakt mit der Hausverwaltung aufnehmen will um die Endreinigung zu beauftragen muss man viel Geduld wegen der fehlenden Englischen Sprachkenntnisse mitbringen. Wie auch in anderen Anlagen beginnt jeden Morgen der Kampf um die Liegen am Pool.

Well appointed and situated ,attentive host ,quality linen ,plenty of clean towels.Benefit of a washing machine and fresh bed linen and towels weekly.We are returning in January .
