Relax after your day of exploring Harney County or get a restful night before continuing on your road trip. This house was built to house workers for the Edward Hines Sawmill. Fully renovated in 2025.

The Hanley House is a home we worked hard to make comfortable and feel like coming home. With its bright natural light and neutral tones you’ll feel right at home upon arrival. With everything new you won’t need to worry about low water pressure or squeaky floors. With all new beds and high quality linens, you’re sure to have a great night sleep. Netflix and Disney+ are available on demand and good WiFi will keep you connected. We made this old “mill house” feel like new again!

The Cawlfield House (Circa 1929)

The historic Cawlfield House was built by my grandfather in 1929. It has been beautifully restored with modern amenities and comforts. It has an updated Kitchen, Living, Dining, Bath, Office & two Bedrooms (1 plush queen bed down, 1 plush queen bed up & 1 trundle bed). Many of the furnishings came from Joanna Gaines collections. We've sincerely strived to consider your needs, including A/C. We'd love to host you! We are confident you'll enjoy the homes comforts and history!
