Where do I start...from before I arrived, up until my departure...Joanne was attentive in every way possible. All my questions were answered with an immediate response. The home was extraordinary. The effort Joanne has put in to making it just like home shows. With an abundance of whimsical touches. Up until the day I left, I would see a new thing. As if the enchanting home wasn't enough, the back patio is a place of serenity...with the sounds and view of the river extraordinary. I could go on and on, but I will just say, "it was the best vacation I have ever had". One word describes this Airbnb...AMAZING!!!🩷. I will return next year! Didn't want to leave!!! 😊 Thank you Joanne for your exemplary hospitality!

I booked this spot for my birthday/ mother & daughter getaway and was not disappointed! The views were great and the whole place was very relaxing. Angela was quick to respond to any questions that we had. We traveled with my 3 year old rescue dog and he had the time of his life. There was plenty of space for him to run around! We will certainly be back!

We had a great stay at William’s. The location was beautiful and the house was comfortable. We had a great mix of day-tripping and relaxing with a view. We also ran into William and he was very helpful and friendly.

This is my second time staying at one of Jess’s properties - and I’m sure it’s not my last. The property is beautiful inside and out and has everything you need. I was in town for a full week and this place was just what I needed to relax after long work days. I can’t recommend staying at one of Jess’s places enough. You won’t regret it!!

Uncommon Accommodations was truly a great, peaceful getaway! My partner and I really enjoyed being so close to Stowe while also getting to be tucked away in a little pocket of nature right near a beautiful river and waterfall. Our cabin was clean and filled with everything we needed for a couple days away. The hot tub and the fireplace were also a great treat! We had a lot of fun decompressing in the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Highly recommend this campground for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The place is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay! Only negative for us was that we wish there was more to cook with as we aren’t the type to eat out every day. Otherwise it’s peaceful and safe and close to shops.

My husband and I, along with our 3 teenage children, enjoyed 4 days in Vermont with Hyde Park as our "home-base." The setting was quiet and peaceful--just what we needed after a hectic end to the school year! We hiked around the Stowe area, which was only about 20 minutes away. We also loved exploring some of the art and history in Burlington, as well as Lake Champlain. It was nice to have a kitchen and a nearby grocery store so we didn't have to eat out constantly. Gillian was very kind and responsive to our messages during our stay.

Chad was an incredible host! He was extremely accommodating with any requests we had. The views from his place are breath-taking! We enjoyed snowshoeing from the backyard onto trails in the woods. I fell in love with his cat who visited daily! He kept the driveway plowed and salted in a timely fashion. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend his place!

Beautiful spot to relax, reconnect and leave refreshed! We enjoyed everything about our stay, especially the sauna, living pool, and hike to the yurt! We would love to return, thank you for sharing such a peaceful place with us, it was exactly what we needed.

We really enjoyed this place! The property is beautiful. The pool looked really clean and well cared for (but we didn't have a chance to use it). The supplied linens and especially the bath towels were great. This certainly will be on our list the next time are in VT.

weekend family trip for 6 of us and our dog(4 adults and 2 kids), plenty of space for everyone, and much larger than I expected! we enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen, playing board games on the large dining room table, swimming in the pool and soaking in the hot tub, wrapping the nights up with a movie on their Roku TV! Kristin was very responsive in her communication, we had a lovely time and would love to plan future trips here again!

Linda was a fantastic host, and her home was even better than listed. The cabin was a good size for our family of four + dog; the 2 bed / 2 bath arrangement allowed for good privacy when needed. The fireplace was great for apres and winding down at night. Location is a nice mix of seclusion (off the Mountain Rd), but close to everything.

Our group had a great time at Anna & JP’s cabin. Not only was the cabin comfortable & filled with amenities - it is right in the middle of all of the best trail heads! 5 stars

Laurie was a wonderful host — very friendly and attentive. Her home is in a beautiful setting and the unit is clean and comfortable. Pet-friendly too, which was a bonus for us. We enjoyed staying in Laurie's home and would return.

We had a great stay, enjoyed spending time in both the yard and pond relaxing. Loved the short hiking trail behind the home. Convenient location, close to great hiking and Stowe but still private and quiet. Our dog is already asking when we’re returning. Great stay!!!

Such a beautiful cabin! We had the best time, even with some rainy weather! This location is perfect for exploring beautiful Vermont and for having a cozy night in. The sound of the river was so calming - we didn’t want to leave! The unit is right above the bathrooms, as mentioned but that was never an issue! We heard folks coming and going every now and then but we knew to expect this based on the description. The cabin was fully equipped everything we needed and even more! The dog treats, long leash and doggy bowls were a great touch! We would absolutely recommend to anyone considering this stay! Perfect weekend for us and our sweet golden retriever!

Staying in this beautiful cabin was a dream. Tucked away in nature, it gave me the peace and clarity I was searching for. The cabin itself is cozy, clean, and thoughtfully set up—perfect for a quiet solo escape. I spent time walking the trail on the property, surrounded by trees and it felt like a little piece of magic. Ariana is a truly special host—warm, generous, and living a life that is deeply inspiring. She welcomed me into her home with kindness and even invited me to join her and her family for dinner, which made the experience feel so personal and meaningful. The animals on the farm are so well cared for, and it was such a joy to spend time with them—feeding baby goats, playing with the cats, and just being in that slow, intentional rhythm of life. This was my first solo trip, but definitely not my last—and I know I’ll return here again. It was everything I didn’t know I needed!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. Gail and her husband were the nicest hosts. We had some great chats. The area is absolutely beautiful and peaceful.

This place is a MUST STAY!! Very unique and great way to wind down. There are great restaurants and shops within a 15 minute radius and everything is beautiful and quaint. We were a management team unwinding from a conference and it really allowed us to disconnect and bond over some games and nature sounds. If I ever am in the area again I will 100% be staying again to take in the other highly recommended activities from the host!

We had a great time at Thomas’ Mansfield Suite. Very comfortable and well appointed. We found a binder with news articles regarding the history of the building, which was housed UVM’s outdoors club in the 60’s. We would absolutely rent again.

Wonderful cabin! Well-maintained, clean, and excellent communication from the host.

The cabin was as described, in a beautifully serene setting. Steve communicated all information and was friendly. We loved sitting on the screened in porch listening to the chorus of frogs and birds before bed!
