The apartment is located in one of the most popular neighborhoods in Cologne, the "Belgian Quarter" right by the city garden. Due to the direct parking location and the location of the apartment in the courtyard, it is absolutely quiet here. Free, reserved parking is available right in front of the private, separate entrance. The apartment is spacious, has extra-high ceilings and is modernly furnished. The neighborhood offers a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc. – all in the immediate vicinity.

The 2-room apartment is equipped with an open kitchen-living room. A coffee maker and all utensils for a longer stay are provided. The bathroom has a shower, tub, toilet and bidet. The bedroom with balcony is on the quiet courtyard side. A separate guest toilet, TV and private Internet connection are available. The entrance to the apartment is in the rear building. I don't like hidden costs and therefore everything is included in my price, only for a 3rd person an additional charge is specified.

Dear guests, My apartment is centrally located on the Aachener Weiher, right in the city center. Since I cannot always use my apartment and be in Cologne, I would like to share it with you. —> Check in not before 3 pm. Check-out by 11 AM. No early check-in, no late check-out possible. Luggage cannot be stored before or after the stay.
