Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Historic District, St. Augustine

We stayed in Victoria‘s home for a long weekend in St. Augustine. Victoria was a very responsive host and proactive in her communication. We appreciated all the different recommendations of places to go and how cozy the home was. We would definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was great and check-in was smooth and easy. The host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and would love to stay here again in the future!

We loved the location, the decor, the available extras! ( like games, towels and bathroom extras) she communicated very well and was super helpful. Just to make you aware there is a business below the loft so you are above them. The stay was great and the private parking space in the back was helpful!

My daughter and I stayed for a week to celebrate her 21st birthday. Valerie's place was perfect!! It is in a quiet part of town but close enough to walk to everything!! Everything was super clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The shop downstairs is wonderful! We would definitely love to stay here again!

Sandra was a great host. Would recommend her place while staying in St Augustine. Walkable to old downtown St Augustine. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The place was very clean and she answered any questions immediately and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Would highly recommend and would definitely book again if in the area. Wonderful place to stay! The unit is comfortable, bright and clean. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen/bathroom are updated. Probably our favorite place to stay in St. Augustine, and we’ve stayed in several! One of the key pad locks had to be reprogrammed to let us in but that was done very quickly! Will probably book again!

We had a wonderful stay. Place was immaculate, easy to access, quiet, and Kimberly was very responsive and extremely accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a nice little house—perfect for 2 couples. We enjoyed being able to sit on the porch & visit without disturbing the late sleepers in our group. The house is about a 45 minute walk to the Bridge of Lions—-so do-able for most. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean—well stocked! We would stay here again & recommend this house.

Visited St Augustine to celebrate my hubby’s 60th birthday, with a group of our closest friends. The house was just perfect in size/space and felt really homey. The beds were super comfortable. Great location for walking to the historic district. We go to St Augustine a couple of times a year and will definitely be staying again.

The place was awesome! Close to the beach and downtown . Right next door to the actual Fountain of Youth, So you can’t get better than that.

Charming cozy and comfortable. Close to historic district and very close to local friendly pub. And Ashley is a wonderful host, very friendly responsive and flexible.

It was a beautiful house with amazing views of the water and sunsets. Our favorite part was sitting out back watching the boats and the birds. The house was clean and comfortable- beautifully decorated with everything you might need. Loved how close it was to historic downtown St. Augustine. We would definitely stay here again!

Blake's place was a wonderful place to stay for our trip to St. Augustine! Clean, Comfortable Beds (both King sized 🙌). The house was big enough for four adults to be comfortable! Blake was responsive. Location is only a 0.7 mile walk to the Spanish Fort! So all of St. Augustine is walkable from here.

The stay was absolutely wonderful. Everything we needed was provided. The home is absolutely beautiful. I love the bright colors. I have admired sticks furniture art for many years and enjoyed seeing all the vibrant colors and all the artwork in the home. If you appreciate handmade art, you will absolutely love this Airbnb. I can’t wait to return to one of their properties for another stay.

Stayed at Todd’s place for my vacation in St.Augustine and it was lovely ! Great place and location very clean and a comfortable bed ! The beach was not far away at all! I will be back and I will definitely stay again at Todd’s place ! He is a great host that provides clear instructions and is very responsive and helpful as well as friendly.

Nicki’s place was a perfect, peaceful and private getaway for my husband and I. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Close to a Publix and quick bites. Only a 25 minute drive to historic St. Augustine, and 35 minutes to the beach. We felt safe in the gated community and enjoyed the pool/hot tub.

Wonderful time with family and friends for a much needed get away. We could not figure out the TV and Alan sent his friend and wife over to help fix the tvs. The friend and wife provided amazing food recommendations and places to go in downtown . Definitely recommend and will stay again .

We very much enjoyed our stay! The condo was amazing. The pools were very clean and peaceful. Our host was very responsive and kind. The walk to the beach wasn’t that bad at all! I loved the security features and felt safe with my daughters. I would recommend this condo to friends, and would stay here again.

This was by far one of the nicest and cleanest Airbnb‘s we have stayed in. Very safe and secure with a code to even get into the building. The beds were comfortable which is a must for me and something I look for in an Airbnb. It was a very easy walk to get to the hub of everything from restaurants to St. George Street. It was extremely quiet at night and nice to go to sleep without partying or traffic going by. The hosts were always responsive and within minutes whenever we sent a question. This one will definitely stay on our list if we return to St Augustine. On a sidenote just to be aware you do have to climb steps to get to the unit something to keep in mind for those with limitations and those with heavy luggage.

The place was awesome. Extremely clean and you can tell recently updated. Quiet neighborhood low traffic and not noisy at all. Easy checking and out. I could not ask for anything more. It is a slight walk to down town. But worth it. I have already recommended it to a couple for a trip they are having later this summer.

It was an extraordinary, unique, innovative, cute, whimsical, and well designed place. It was different, fresh and captured the imagination…even had to have tea time! I would definitely recommend and show my family and friends! Thank you Linda for a great stay!

Debbie and the co-hosts were great. We requested a pack and play plus an early check in since our ETA was earlier than we expected and with kids it’s just so easy. Place was beautiful and comfortable. Great location; you have lots of restaurants around plus a really nice walk to historic downtown. Neighborhood was pretty quiet and safe I would say. We had everything we needed and more. Thank you Debbie! We def loved and enjoyed our stay.
