Beautiful holiday home on Titran - Håvika Havsgård

Unique location by the sea in Håvika havsgård approx. 2 km from Titran at the end of Frøya. Idyllic location with a great view of the Frøyhavet. The waterfront house/holiday home is spread over 2 floors: 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, bathroom/laundry room and TV living room. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room and storage room. Access to terrace on ground floor. Titran is an old fishing village with a lot of history and can offer great nature and spectacular experiences in both nice and rough weather. A favorite place for fishermen, divers and paddlers.

Here you can enjoy the silence and relax with the whole family. All on one floor! Beautiful views, close to the lake and beach. Frøya offers many hiking opportunities. Fishing in both freshwater and sea. There is a lovely beach in Aunvågen about 300m from the cabin. We have a 15-foot boat located in a marina 1 km from the cabin that can be used. The boat has been taken up for the year. Must be boat experienced/boat license. Remember bed linen and towels. You must clean and wash the cabin yourself after use. Think of those who come after you.

Modern cabin with panoramic views of Hitra. A perfect place for those who want to get away from everyday life and enjoy nature in peace and quiet. The cabin is fully equipped with both dishwasher and washing machine, and has electricity and water. Large window surfaces give you fantastic panoramic views of the lake, whether you are sitting inside or enjoying the view from the terrace. The marinas are within walking distance, and there is the possibility of renting a boat if you want to explore the archipelago or try your luck at fishing.

Vedøya. Nice and quiet place

Relax with the whole family on this wonderful and peaceful island. Here you get close to nature. No running water and electricity, but there is a well with water and solar power system. There are 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and an outdoor toilet. When using hot water in the shower, it must be heated. There is parking for cars at the marina. We can help with transport to the island, but there is also the possibility to rent a boat for NOK 650 per day. The boat is a Kaasbøll 17 with a 50 hp Yamaha. It has plenty of room for 4 people.

We are a family with small children who want to share our cozy guest house. Here you have good opportunities for cycling, paddling, fishing, diving, swimming, etc. The accommodation is located right down to the lake. Bakery, restaurants and shopping nearby. Frøya is about 7 minutes away by car. There is no washing machine Bed linen, sheets and towels must be brought duvets 140*200 pillows 50*70 Tenants leave the house as it is when they arrive. Bathroom, kitchen and floors must be cleaned. Garbage must be taken away. Welcome☀️☀️

The holiday home has a living room/kitchen with stunning views, four bedrooms (incl. annex), bathroom and toilet. The cabin was significantly upgraded in 2016. The annex is about 15 sqm. Here you and your family can enjoy sunny days with fishing from land or boat. The boat is located in the marina approx. 500 meters from the cabin.

Amazing sea view. Large deck around the house and a roof terrace. Hitra is known for its fantastic fishing, diving, deer hunting and lots of possibilities for hiking and biking. Local food nearby, grocery store and restaurant. Boat rental (Angel Amfi, Grefsnesvågen) is 3.5 km from the house.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. In the middle of the inner filet of the Trøndelag coast, you will find Skogseth Gård, Gjengstøa. The house is idyllic and rural right up to the lake, and has very good fishing opportunities. The house was built in 1988 and is 140 sqm. 3 bedrooms, 6 hotel beds, kitchen with all equipment, laundry room and bathroom. There is a 50 sqm terrace where you can enjoy the view of Hitra and Smøla.

The cabin is of older standard, without water but with electricity. Shower facilities in our newly renovated barn on the farm.
