Holiday rentals with beach access in Ho Chi Minh City

Our whole family loves this apartment. It’s brand new and clean, with large supermarkets within walking distance. Although it’s a bit far from the city center, it’s perfect for us since we just want to enjoy a quiet life here for a while. Tu has been very helpful every time; he’s great and can communicate in English. Staying here even makes me want to buy this apartment. We hope to stay here again next time!

We had a very comfortable stay! The apartment is modern, spacious, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. It felt cozy and peaceful, and it was large enough to comfortably accommodate all five of us adults. The location is excellent, situated in a great district 1, close to all the main tourist attractions. We could easily reach most places within 10 to 15 minutes by car. Highly recommended!

Meko communicated quickly and accurately. His place is very clean, clutter free and up to date. The view of the city was awesome. We were extremely happy with his place to include but limited to a comfortable bed, nice TV, adequate dishes, plenty of linen, and actual plants. We will definitely stay in his place again. AirBnB rating system has 5 stars, we give Meko 10 stars!

Absolutely breathtaking! This 2-bedroom apartment offers one of the highest views in the city — from the balcony, the entire skyline stretches out before your eyes. During the day, you can see the river winding through the city, buildings rising like a miniature model, and on a clear day, the horizon seems endless. At night, the city lights sparkle like stars, making it feel like you're floating above it all. It honestly feels like looking down from an airplane. The view alone is worth the stay

The condo itself was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with a sleek modern aesthetic. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was perfect. What truly made our stay special was the hosts. They were exceptionally kind and attentive, always quick to respond to any questions we had. First, the host was proactive and responsive to my questions and concerns! They made sure I felt comfortable renting the property. Upon arriving, I met their butler who was very friendly and down-to-earth. The property is beautiful. It's located in the hills of the city, so you can see the entire city and its beauty during the day and at night. Enjoying the skyline at night while relaxing in the warm colorful lit pool was the signature of the trip. The pool is 1.6m at the deepest end, which is good for me since I'm tall. The furniture and floors were spotless and the altitude of the property ensures that there's always a fresh breeze rolling through the windows. The karaoke machine worked perfectly and sound proofing was great, so you can sing late into the night without bothering neighbors. Lastly, they provide many amenities such as a mini bar, cooking tools, mosquito repellent, and towels. It truly felt luxurious and recommend to anyone who wants a private getaway in the hills.

The apartment is located in a good complex of buildings from a well-known developer. Convenient location and excellent infrastructure. Very polite housing manager (but this is Vietnam, everyone is polite here). The manager can offer you two housing options in one building, the second housing, which is called "new", is much better and I recommend taking this option.

Neat and clean place with a supportive host. Be sure to try ‘Phở Thìn’ and Pizza 4P’s nearby — both are very delicious!

The place is nice for family gatherings, host is super responsive, the only problem we were having issues with were the reception dest, they were rude and uneducated. Do not try to ask them questions they will cursed you out.

A wonderful place with a nice view of the ocean on the more quiet side of Vung Tau. It’s a good place to stay if you want to be away from all the hustle and bustle of the city center, but a short drive to the popular beaches and restaurants. Thắng is an amazing host that is very considerate and accommodating.
