Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Hòa Cường Bắc

This is my second time staying at the Chi Villa and hopefully not my last. It is so perfect! The best location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and a short scooter ride in to old town. The host Lam is so helpful and will organise everything you need! Breakfast is delicious. Thank you for everything and we will be back.

It's a great place for a big family to stay~ It's a place where both parents and children are satisfied ^^ Communication with the owner was smooth, and the location was good, so I was comfortable during the trip. We were at the accommodation, and the places we mainly used were the two marts in front, Byeonmi, Kong Cafe, and a Chinese restaurant right next to the accommodation. I wanted to go to Mitsuni, which has good reviews, but I couldn't go. The beach was close, so we could play in the water, and the swimming pool in the accommodation was at a suitable temperature, so the kids had a blast. If you're worried about large family accommodation, I recommend it~^^

We loved this little place and location! Super low key area, loved visiting Cosy Corner Cafe and going for a swim in the ocean at the end of the driveway each morning! Important to know they are 3 separate rooms with no common area but it was fine, sweet little sitting areas outside of each room and inside. Rooms look darker than photos present but still gorgeous!

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

Better than the photos. The host is so kind. So kind. The helper who cleans cleans one room for more than 30 minutes and there is no dust. The swimming pool is clean, and the washing machine and dryer are free to use. Can you find a place to stay at this price!!!??? And I changed the water and kept seeing the watery stool and was sick, but the host bought me medicine and I got better. I was really thankful. Thank you. I want to visit again.

We have just had a wonderful 8 day stay at Banyan Ocean Villa. Everything worked seamlessly, from booking, to airport pickup - and from the moment we arrived at the villa we were treated like royalty by Yen and the team. Nothing was too much trouble - breakfast everyday was wonderful, and the team were always available to offer local suggestions or advice. Communication with Jules and Matt was great as well, with them proactively offering suggestions and regularly checking in with us, which was appreciated. The location is wonderful - literally 30 seconds from the beach and being in An Bang rather than Hoi An was fab as a lot quieter (and still great restaurants) - but close enough to Grab into Hoi An. We would not hesitate to recommend and hope to go back one day - was a wonderful holiday.

We had a great stay at this property. The house was spotlessly clean, spacious, and exactly as pictured—maybe even better. It’s a high-quality home with thoughtful details throughout. The backyard was perfect for our toddler to run around and play safely, and the second-floor pool was a standout feature with great views and a relaxing vibe. The hosts were very kind and helpful—they greeted us when we arrived, made sure we felt comfortable, and were quick to respond to any questions. They also helped arrange airport pickup and drop-off, which was a huge help. They even gave us a souvenir gift to take home with us. Very nice of them. Overall, it was a smooth, comfortable stay and a great spot for a family. We’d definitely come back.

We were happy to stay at Trang’s place. Even though we booked her place last minute after returned from Danang International Fireworks Festival late, she accepted our reservation and welcome us in person. She was such a nice host, gave us a tour and recommendations around the area. Her place was matched with the photos and description, spacious and cozy, and we felt like home after a tired night at the festival. We would love to stay more at hers but today we want to stay at the Hoian downtown. We highly recommend her to everyone. Thank you Trang.

The apartment has a direct sea view, is clean, and conveniently located near local eateries. The host was very helpful and supportive throughout our stay, and renting a scooter was easy and hassle-free.

Stylish, great apartment in the heart of Da Nang! Looked exactly like the photos. The bathroom was so big and the furniture was super comfortable. Quiet building, centrally located. Slept well. Host was friendly and communicative. The guidebook was such a nice touch. Really enjoyed the stay and will stay again next time I’m in Da Nang. Thanks Bare! :)

the condo is wonderful right on the beach with many restaurants and supermarket downstairs. it's in a great area with many things to do ( bars , pubs, restaurant, massage all within 5 minutes walk . the apartment has ocean view and don't hear the noise at night and the host is amazing and very helpful, would recommend this condo to anyone.

Khoa was a very responsive and friendly host. Our requests were attended to almost immediately. The property has a high and open view to the surrounding/the river. The bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioned. The living room is well decorated and with entertainment options. Our stay was great. We walked to some attractions albeit it was hot and humid during the day.

The most beautiful sea view you could ask for. So open and beautiful. We booked a few nights and then extended to a week because it was so relaxing. Great fresh seafood restaurants in every direction. Extra large tub and bathrooms. The layout is perfect. Comfortable beds and furniture. The ocean out front is very calm and we walked out and had a great time. We spent a lot of time at a bar with bean bags on the ocean, 2$ drinks and coconuts and so relaxing. Lily was very responsive and warm and gave great recommendations. Easy entry that felt almost private. The view from the huge master bedroom and living room is worth every penny. I couldn’t have been happier with an Airbnb. 11 out of 10. Just the master bed and bathroom is the size of some apartments. We sat on the balcony every night and listened to the ocean with the bay and lady Buddha view

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

The apartment is exactly photos, which is enough for family stays. Amenities like shampoo, bathgel, toothbrush, towels avaiable as staying in a hotel. There are many clothes washing shops in the street with cheap price, so very convinience. There are many banh my on the street in the morning, so good for fast breakfast. It is quite noisy at 10pm as it is near very crowded beach, but we can still sleep. Cleaning avaiable for free each some days, just ask the host and he will supply. He answer very fast. The swingpool is nice but with price (100k/audult, 50k/ kid) so we swim only 2 times. We prefer the beach. Sitting at the rooftop to enjoy the whole night view is great. We stays 5 days and all is good. And dont forget to ask the host to check the air conditioner before you come.

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

We had a great time, must say - never met a host like Vanne. She is very humble and cooperative. If you're visiting Da Nang then stay at her place.

We really enjoy our stay at this apartment and facilities were amazing. The location was perfect- right across from My Khe beach, super convenient. The accommodation was clean, beautiful, spacious with a breathtaking ocean view. Nguyen is a very kind and generous host. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a central convenient gateway!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—just a few steps from the beach and super convenient for exploring Da Nang. It’s close to great restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, and getting around the city was really easy. One major plus: the A La Carte Hotel is a designated pickup point for the shuttle bus to Ba Na Hills (booked through Klook), which made our day trip there super smooth and hassle-free. The space itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There was even a clothes steamer, not a common amenity in most Airbnb. Everything was exactly as described—if not better. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive and helpful. The lobby and elevator smell absolutely amazing. The reception desk was also very kind, courteous, and helpful despite having no obligation to assist Airbnb guests as we did not book with the hotel itself. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
