Lovely place in Tay Ho. Space was also spacious and clean, perfect for a 3-4 pax trip!

I’m in love with this place. Price and beauty of apartment just hit to my heart. We spent 2 weeks there with my wife. Cleaning available everyday, lovely walkable area and cozy apartment made our visit to Hanoi magnificent.

The place has everything we needed. Its location is perfect with a lot of coffee shops in the area. The hosts are also very helpful.

Perfect location, place was great value, host responded to any communication. The stairs/ladder to mezzanine bed could be tricky for someone with reduced mobility or who had too much to drink. It was no issue for me and it is fairly clear in pics. Would stay again.

This place is has a breath taking view and very spacious room. It’s a service apartment and the reception people and cleaners are super kind and polite. I think the bathroom need a little renovation though and I didn’t enjoy the smell from the bathroom at times but this seem to be common in a lot of place around Vietnam and Asia in general. The noise from street can be annoying at times but it’s really not that bad. However I think the room space and breath taking view makes up for it. I loved the big mirror in the room since most places only have mirrors in the bathroom so this is a big plus for the ladies while getting ready and the light from the balcony on the mirror makes it perfect to do your makeup 😆 . It is very easy to catch a grab bike or taxi and you can get anywhere. Another plus is the WiFi which is very stable .

Great apartment, value for money, great environment with nice caffes and west lake just close by. Always having some drinks at bubble house. I will recommend here for anyone that wants to stay around west lake. Toan was so helpful and responsive.

The host Mr. Ryan Luan speaks very good English and is always quick to respond to requests or questions. Had a great time staying in Vinhomes Green Bay apartment and will stay again if come back to Hanoi in the future.

I really enjoyed everything about this place. The spaces were pleasant and the apartment was well equipped, the building facilities were excellent and the Dong Da location was convenient and had lots of points of interest.

Right in the middle of everything! You can not beat the location! The apartment is spacious with everything you need.

The view from the balcony is unbeatable. It feels like you are in Hoi An. The alley is peaceful and convenient. Walking distance to Van Mieu, which is nice. The studio is well designed and equipped. I like how I can wash and dry my clothes clean right there at the end of my stay. Really enjoyed it.

This is a great house for a big family. It is in a great locality, within walking distance of the night market, shoe market, Hoan Kiem lake and all the great places in Hanoi. The hosts are extremely friendly , proactive and helpful. They let us rest and keep our bags before check in time and also offered us to stay at a larger property of theirs to accommodate our request for a late check out. Thanks to the entire team - Mr. Nam, Ms. Phuong, Mr. Huy and the entire team for making out stay so comfortable and for being so helpful. All the best to the entire team.

I have traveled to almost 17 different countries and this is the best value for money deal that I've ever found in my life and such an amazing place such a beautiful place right in front of the lake surrounded with greenery amazing garden amazing place super clean everything was amazing but if you're scared of lizards there were a few because of the garden iotherwise the place was super amazing I don't know if I could be able to find a better place for such price in my life. And the host was super responsive, very cooperative. She let us check in three hours early, and everything was amazing.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Hien’s place. It was minimally but tastefully decorated. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Also the location is very central so lots of places are only a short walk away and there are a lot of great food options all around. Highly recommend this place especially if this is your first time in Hanoi.

I stayed in Nam's place with a family of four and we loved the space and the location. The space is very large and we could all spread out with our own rooms and bathrooms. Our teenagers loved it. The location near the lake and restaurants was excellent. You could get excellent cheap street food or go to higher end restaurants on the same block. Excellent coffee places were just a step or two away. The owner was super responsive helping us with airport transport and answering questions. Would stay there again. One of favorite Airbnbs as a family.

Place is in the city centre, with everything in walking distance of 1-2 kms. Clean and spacious rooms.

A comfortable and convenient spot with proximity to an atm, coffee spot, and eateries. The room is clean and has everything you need-fully finished kitchen, bathroom, and living room. The host is incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to any questions or concerns that you might have. I will highly recommend for both short and long term stay.

I stayed here for a month and everything went really well. The apartment is even better than the photos, modern, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The gym is nice too but what I appreciated most was how quiet it is. The neighborhood is peaceful, with a lovely park and local families around. It’s a bit far from the city center (about 30 minutes), so having a vehicle is better for longer stays. But if you’re looking for comfort and tranquility away from the chaos, this is definitely one of the best options

Hang's place was nothing short of amazing, from the check in to helping us set up our tours it was all perfect. The photos matched the place, and in my opinion it was even better than the photos. it was so comfortable and relaxing. The beds are a firmer than the average bed so do keep that in mind if you prefer soft, sink-in beds. But honestly, it was still very comfortable for me. Both hosts are truly amazing and wonderful, always responsive, helped us booked a tour to Ninh Binh which in my opinion is going above and beyond. Helped us with Taxi drivers, locsl recommendations etc We never got to try the Onsen or the pool due to a very busy schedule but it looked extremely nice and I saw people always going to it. The bathroom amenities were fully stocked, and good onsite restaurants/convenience stores, theres a Gym as well! Overall the place was amazing, and we definitely would book again! Thank you so much for having us :)

Stayed at Huyen’s place for the 2nd time. I love how neat her unit is. Everything was organized and amenities were complete. Walking distance from the nearest mall entrance/exit. The floor needs a little bit of sweeping and mopping; there were few drink stains but it was not really bothersome. Thank you, Huyen, for being such an accomodating host!

Vincent's place is an absolute dream. I stayed here with my wife and toddler for an entire month and every single item such as detergent, wipes, garbage bags, that we would need was perfectly stocked. There were more than enough towels as well as linen. Every corner of the apartment smelled amazing and was thoroughly cleaned which we really appreciated. The apartment, however, is better than the pictures to be honest. We loved the chic Scandinavian theme decor throughout the place and would definitely stay here again.
