Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Holetown

Chloe’s place was truly something special. The view couldn’t be better—right on the water! The upstairs features a large opening to the beach that makes you feel like you’re living outdoors. It does get warm during the day, but with the fans and side windows open, you can create a pleasant airflow. The spacious bedroom downstairs was comfortable and includes a cooling system that keeps things cool at night. The mattress could use an update—it’s quite soft and you can feel the springs a bit—but we still slept well. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the utensils you might need if you plan to cook. I would definitely recommend Chloe’s place if you’re looking to enjoy island life away from the main tourist areas, while still being close to attractions and having direct access to the water!

Stacey's holiday home very near to Hole-town and has everything you need, comfortable and an ideal base for a stay local to Hole-town, with a bus stop at the end of the road it made getting around easy. The kitchen is really well equipped and with the combination of the smart TV allows flexibility for staying in to eat, watching a film, or sitting out on the balcony (the balcony does not have any views but is very quiet, and still a lovely space to sit and chat, play cards or games and enjoy a drink ) There is a pool outside the front door and only used by the other attached holiday homes, there are only a handful of holiday homes in this complex and used by adults only, so our stay was so restful and quiet. Natasza was warm and welcoming! Her place was perfect for our family of four with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each was modern with lovely linens, comfortable beds, ample closet space. The porch was peaceful and relaxing! She went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay with incredible amenities. It was walking distance from Chattel Village with Cafe Bar Carisma, The Beach House and several restaurants from upscale - Tides & Nishi - to more moderate priced ones such as Just Grillin & Zaccios. TML One Love Bar is also walking distance! It was a stone’s throw from Limegrove for top-tier shopping at Level Up Gym. I also enjoyed walks along Cemetery Road and yoga at Sunshine Kula Yoga Studio. We hope to return again soon!

A lovely stay perfectly near everything we needed and nothing more than a walk away. The house was as well equipped as one could want with instructions on everything being so clear - I really can’t fault it and treated the place as I would my own. Very responsive host and house manager if anything was needed - can’t ask for more - 10/10!

Absolutely loved staying in this very well appointed house. It had everything we could possibly need & was in walking distance of all the lovely restaurants in Holetown & the beach.

Where to start? This place is out if this world. Natural, beautiful & homely. Between my family unit & our extended family we each booked one of the unique accommodations on site & it worked perfectly! Our children relished having the pool to themselves, feeding the Green Monkeys, venturing around the grounds, petting the family dogs & having a movie night. The adults all enjoyed slowing down, soaking up the sun & drink too much banks & local rum beverages courtesy of Peter & his good friend Don. We also all enjoyed pizza night & a few extra cook ups in the garden oven. Peter is an exceptional host, nothing is too much & he made us all feel right at home. Our youngest was unwell during our trip (not holiday related) and Peter helped us to get in touch with a brilliant local paediatrician, which we were extremely grateful of. If you're looking for an authentic experience of Barbados & want to enjoy bombing around the island & slowing down in nature then Oughterson is your place!

This was my toddler's yearly birthday trip and I couldn't be any more happier about our choice in accommodation. We felt right at home! We loved it so much that we barely made it to the beach and took every opportunity we could to enjoy the beautiful grounds and well-maintained pool. Our host was also very communicative and friendly. I cant thank you enough for hosting us and I really hope to visit again soon!

We just spent 10 days at anidele spice and it was great. Place was spotless and the bedroom ac was great to have. Kitchen had everything you needed to make meals. We mostly did breakfast as there is many other great restaurants nearby to enjoy for lunches/ dinners. Dianne was even kind enough to bring us a blender to use for smoothies after the gym…..we were very grateful for that!! The guide book they provide gives you all the info you need for the area, you are just a short walk to some of Barbados most beautiful beaches on the west coast and there was very accessible parking if you have a car. Overall we would stay here again felt like home!!

Pierreson is the best host I have ever met! He is extremely thoughtful for any detail that could make a guests stay even more perfect and unforgettable. He even installed a pulley to bring my heavy suitcase to the upstairs apartment and down again. The first day he gave me a tour around the city which helped a lot for orientation. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It looks exactly like in the pictures. There are different beautiful beaches in walking distance easily accessible in 5 minutes. Restaurants and supermarkets are 15 minutes walk away. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. I would very much love to come back and stay at Pierresons apartment. I highly recommend this place!

You couldn’t pick a better beautiful location. The hosts were very responsive to all my queries. The lady that looked over the house, Claudette, was truly amazing, very friendly, full of knowledge of local places to eat and kept the outside of the house pristine. Olivia, who owns the house, was also amazing, very friendly and full of local history and had lots of great stories about the area and the island. Totally relaxing house and beach, great reef just outside the back door where turtles are everyday.

It was my pleasure to discover and spend a week at Camille’s place. I was given clear instructions to locate the property, which is easy to find , and met by the housekeeper Neshell, who was lovely and friendly. I felt immediately at home. The apartment is quite compact but perfect for 2 people, well equipped with all you could need and beautifully decorated and furnished throughout, with lovely finishing touches. The balcony is spacious and comfortable. It is in a great location, only a few minutes walk from the main road (and main bus route) and near to some of the best beaches and restaurants that the West Coast has to offer. The grounds and swimming pool were immaculately maintained and staff were friendly. Camille was friendly, proactive and always at the other end of the phone if you had any questions. I’d definitely return and recommend this place for solo travellers and couples alike who want a handy base from which to explore Barbados’s beautiful West Coast Thankyou!

The directions to get to this beautiful Airbnb was very detailed and accurate. If it weren’t for these, I don’t know that we would of found the room on our own. Zharia gave clear instructions! This home was beautiful and had pretty scenery. It’s truly a country setting. Very comfortable and relaxing! We enjoyed our stay here. It’s far away from the airport but we didn’t mind the drive. The home had everything needed with a full kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment in a four unit building. AC in the bedroom works great and the fans in the bedroom and living room really helped with comfort. The communal garden is nice and has plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Private patio was great at night and early in the morning before it got hot out. Access to the pool club was fantastic, it has strong wi-fi and was a super convenient place to leave my stuff on a chair while I went swimming/snorkeling. Absolutely no concerns about theft and there was an attached bar that opens around 11am each day. Quick <10 minute walk to Massy's for groceries as well a number of local restaurants like Drift, Paul Owens, Tides, Just Grillin', and Surfside that cover a good range of price points and were all delicious. Luxury shopping and more restaurants and bars were just a bit further away (15-20 minute walk) down at Limegrove and 1st / 2nd Street. The bus stop is about 4-5 blocks away, just down at the intersection of Cemetery Road and Highway 1.

Where should we start? Massive thank you to Sharon and Peter for being available without being invasive. The apartment is surpassing what's being shown on the pictures and described in the announcement. It is perfectly clean inside and out, while being super functional. Sharon has shared a lot of cool stuffs for us to do during our stay and the cherry on the cake, we had really cool neighbours we are now glad to call: Friends!

This condo was outstanding and the photos did not do the condo justice, it was even more unreal in person, spacious, clean and luxurious. I will definitely return back to these apartments the location is perfect. I have already recommended the apartment to lots of friends and will continue doing so. Thankyou so much for allowing us to stay here, it exceeded all of our expectations.

Our stay at Jenna's place was wonderful. We didn't have a car, so we relied on our feet or buses, or taxis. The last ones are very expensive like the whole island. It is walkable distance to Massy supermarket, and the beach. Our favorite beach was the Brownies Beach, right after the Pebbles beach. For those you have to take a bus. There are also closes beaches by the main road. I would recommend to visit Botanical Garden where they feed monkeys twice a day at 11am or 2 pm, also visit Batsheba - the most beautiful views in Caribbean, Harrison Caves - so, so, definitely overpriced. Go for a walk at the boardwalk in the evening. The boardwalk starts at Rockley beach and goes a long the coast. The apartment itself is located in beautiful natural environment, golf course with old trees. Apartment had all that you need, there is also laundromat, and by the laundromat big room full of books ...thank you Jeena and Mark for the awesome stay!

We spent three nights at Alana’s place and loved it! The AC was much appreciated at night, and being able to walk out to the beach was great. The condos are sandwiched between one existing hotel and one being constructed which made it feel like a little hideaway. There is a Massy Store within walking distance and just across the road you can buy coconuts or other fruits. There is a bar there, too, where we bought some beer. We will definitely look for availability again for a stay on the west coast!

Starfish was a beautiful place to stay, everything was immaculately clean. The kitchen was fully equipped the bed was so comfy and room was nice and cool to sleep in. Easy walking distance to shop's and some lovely restaurants with seafront settings. Joy and Neil were excellent host's if your lucky enough to go to barbados then look no further, this was everything you could ask for.

Mark’s apartment was very well equipped and tastefully furnished. It was within easy reach of Holetown. Anthea who met was really nice and very helpful as was Gregory who Mark and Joan arranged our airport We were pleased we had air conditioning as it was extremely humid at this time of year so the pool was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend this apartment. The beaches are beautiful and public transport is always available Thanks Mark and Joan for everything

Very enjoyable stay at this lovely apartment. The accommodation was clean and well presented and the washing machine was a bonus. It had a well stocked linen cupboard with clean bedding,bathroom towels and beach towels. The only problem we had was accessing the property as the padlock was quite tricky until you get used it. The lack of lighting if you arrive after dark is also a problem as there is hardly any lighting around the property until you can access the property and switch the lights on. Michelle was extremely responsive in this instance and we managed to access the property. Great location for the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Would stay again.

Lawrences apartment was exactly as described. I have stayed in this location at different apartments several times over the years and Lawrences is the best so far, light and airy with a nice breeze blowing through. The apartment was well stocked with everything that you could need on a holiday, esp the kitchen and there was a botte of water, carton of milk and small bottle of rum to start me off : - )) There are also several adaptors for electrical appliances, I'd lost mine and bought one at the airport as I've never had them supplied before. The swimming pool is a great asset and there are shops and supermarkets close by. Along with bars and restaurants. I recommend going to Holders Hill Farmers Market on a Sunday for supplies, I had a car but you can probably walk there in half an hour. Lawrence answered the few questions that I had almost immediately, I 100% recommend staying here.
