Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, fridge, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. With WiFi, TV and in the summer an air cooler. Deliciously soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately upon arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2 p.m. Check out before 10:00 . Parking is free with us on the driveway. So no parking fees! Our price includes tourist tax. Net buiten Zoutelande is, zeer rustig en landelijk gelegen, onze gloednieuwe ,luxe 2-persoons vakantiewoning. Met een schitterend uitzicht op diverse akkers rondom. Zoutelande biedt u gezellige restaurants, terrasjes, (zomerse)weekmarkt en diverse winkels. Daarnaast, op het zuiden, een ruim strand met enkele strandpaviljoens. Verder is Meliskerke op 1,5 km te bereiken, daar bevinden zich de warme bakker, ambachtelijke slager en een supermarkt.

The holiday home is a perfect base for wonderful days on the beach or to explore the area. This modern and tastefully furnished house in country style is fully equipped, the beds are made and bath towels are provided. Just enjoy yourself close to the beach!

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

Cozy holiday home in Zoutelande

Since June 2020, we have been renting out this detached holiday home at the foot of the dunes in Zoutelande. The house is located in a quiet small-scale holiday park, within walking distance of the village center where nice shops and restaurants can be found. From the park, you can walk directly into the dune area, which gives you access to the beach. Zoutelande is an excellent starting point for hiking and cycling routes.
