Shared bathroom with owner, private toilet on the 1st floor. For the little ones, there is a weekend bed and high chair. There is access to a large fenced garden. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price. The landlord lives on the ground floor.

Direkte udenfor hoveddøren ligger Vandkraftsøen, hvor huset er placeret i første række til vandet, med adgang til stisystemet som følger åens løb ned til Holstebro centrum.
