Very cute place. Right on the canals, outstanding outdoor areas screened in porch high top on the back deck. We have the opportunity to meet Sam. He was an amazing host. Definitely will rebook if I’m back in that area. The Freezer restaurant is at the end of the road and within walking distance food was amazing!

This place was great! It is nicely furnished with Florida boat life decor. Everything was very modern and clean, and smelled good too! Lots of amenities were provided.

I cannot recommend or compliment Madison and her Mason Creek House enough, we absolutely loved it here and everything was perfect. We were greeted with snacks, beverages, and a birthday cake cookie for my husbands birthday in the kitchen. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved hanging out on the covered back porch and using the grill. The kayaks were a really cool bonus to take off the private pier, which was also a great view. Everything was just awesome. 10/10, highly recommend and would love to go again. 😊

My partner and I stayed here for a week, Christopher was king enough to let us extend our stay a few more days. My fur babies loved the yard, so did I! Got to watch all kinds of different birds land in the yard. Really enjoyed sun soaking in the lanai. King size bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is nice. Very close to many attractions. Swam with manatees and went boat charting, totally recommend if you’re in the area November -May. Overall a wonderful birthday/family reunion in my hometown. Thank you Christopher for accommodating my family! Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas. We were in town for a family Christmas, and it was wonderful to have our own accommodations. There was plenty of space, a ton of amenities, and communication was frequent and thorough. We did have a bit of trouble getting in, and our hosts quickly resolved the issue and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. I highly recommend working with Brit and Brandon and staying at their beautiful property.

This place is a little gem. Great high end Decor. Spectacular shower and bathroom sink!! Kayaking off the pier was excellent. be careful on weekends because river was like a highway, absolutely packed. During the week was peaceful with substantially less people. rented a go boat which was delivered to the pier and was really fun for a day when you don't feel like paddling. Check out Hernando Beach for fun entertainment and food options. Italian restaurant up the street was unbelievable! Great service and wonderful food. Upper Deck was a great let down this trip, frozen food cooked badly.. This a great little place for two people!

We had a great stay. It was very well stocked and comfortable. The owner even left some goodies that were a surprise. I had a few concerns about staying at a location only accessible by boat but it turned out great. It was a much needed relaxing getaway.

Family of 5 (3 kids) and two dogs from VA. Felt the house was perfect with a great yard and cool trees. The dogs didn’t need leashed and could be at ease with pool access being safe. (My dogs can’t swim) The sheets were real cotton (this means a lot) and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of bedding and pillow options. Kitchen had the basics to cook meals which was easier. The house had everything we needed to have a great vacation other than food to eat. Close to everything we wanted to do. A great trail that was not a commercialized walk where we saw armadillos, manatees, an alligator, bald eagles, snakes and we could hear two owls talking. It was perfection. The swing out back was a nice peaceful touch and I really appreciated the grill. We saw crystal clear water at three sisters while kayaking as well as dolphins at sunset. We took a boat cruise to an island and found more shells I’ve seen in my life. I’d come back again and again. No hoopla where tons of people were.

This was a great place to stay! We were in town to kayak and the location was perfect for our adventure and really close to a bunch of good places to eat. The home had everything we needed and the pool was a great way to spend the day relaxing. We definitely would stay here again!

Booked the property for a mini vacation with family for my birthday weekend. We had the best time!! The house is beautiful and the views were spectacular. There were ample amenities provided to for a relaxing stay and the hosts, Alix and Summer, were both super nice and accommodating! 10/10 recommend this stay. Me and my family are definitely going to make this a regular booking!!

We loved the spaciousness of the place, it was very comfortable. We spent most of our time outdoors, the pool and lanai were wonderful. There was ample space for parking and our kayaks. We loved it and would definitely return.

Tam’s cabin was a perfect size for my husband and I for a night. It was a short walk from the community pool and we had our own parking spot. The place was very well decorated and furniture was comfortable. This RV resort is not close to many restaurants, etc. but if you’re looking to just have a place to sleep and shower it’s got that with a full kitchen.

Paul’s place was clean and welcoming! The showers had a little mildew, but overall you could tell the place is very well cared for! The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful and place about an hour every way from the heart of Tampa and Orlando!

We came into town for just a few days away from Ohio. It was a quick drive to manatees. Also very close to a great downtown area with restaurants and bars. The pool area was even better than we expected! Beds were comfy and the place was very clean. We loved our “Zen” time!

We enjoyed our memorial weekend with the whole family! The kids loved the fishing and the pool. The game room was a hit and there was tons of space. We had over 10 people and never felt on top of one another.

The house is beautiful and spacious. The decoration and distribution of the areas is very beautiful and you can tell that it is well thought out. It has all the utensils you may need in the kitchen. The check-in was easy and everything was very clean. The pool is large and the view of the lake gives it a plus. The lakeside area is excellent for relaxing. The grill was in excellent condition. If you are looking for tranquillity, connecting with nature and spending a good weekend with your family is the perfect place. Pinay was a very good hostess, we would definitely come back.

Booked a weekend stay for my boyfriends 28th birthday. This was such an unforgettable stay for us. I could go on and on, but I’ll keep it short and say Dustin was one of the best hosts I’ve experienced on air bnb. He responded promptly every time I had a question and was so friendly. The house was clean and had endless amenities. The main reason I booked this stay is because of the included kayaks and boat launch which made kayaking so easy. We already can’t wait to come back. Kristen was a wonderful host. Friendly & accommodating. The house was lovely, comfortable, and well equipped. I especially loved the upstairs loft with the picture window that offered a great view of the surrounding marshlands from the upstairs desk. The outdoor spaces were great for cookouts & fishing too if you’re up for a little kayaking. There are set of wind chimes that sing the most beautiful melody creating an almost hypnotically relaxing atmosphere. I would highly recommend!!

Loved this place. We felt at home and had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. Don’t forget your bug spray, but that’s just the area.

we were very comfortable at Tyler's airbnb and we found in the kitchen everything we need it the location was great as it is close to the rivers we were planning on going. Tyler was very quick to let us know we forgot something important and I was thankfully still in the area, he saved me a big headache!
