House holiday rentals in Hønefoss

We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is stunning, had everything we could need and the hosts were lovely. They helped with local recommendations as well as making sure we had all the information we needed for the house. Not to mention the gift of some mixture for us to make traditional waffles! The train station is just a few minutes' walk. The kids particularly loved the pool and table tennis table, and I really enjoyed the beautiful walks that are possible from the property. All in all a five star stay.

Gorgeous and well equipped house. The heated pool was perfect for hours of fun, the views from the house were fantastic and the Viking Museum is only a 20 minute walk along the coast away. Roy is a very helpful and polite host, always quick to respond.

We had an amazing stay at Camilla's place! The house was absolutely beautiful, very clean and well kept. It was even better than the photos showed. The location was perfect and we appreciated the quiet surroundings very much. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was easy and efficient and we were made to feel very welcome from the start. We can really recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and relaxing place to stay. Thank you very much for an amazing stay - we hope to be able to come back another time!

A very nice house with good beds, all equipment in the kitchen and a lovely outdoor area with a large hot tub/pool. Close to Bø city center and good parking, perfect for adults with children at the football cup or for a visit to Sommarland. Recommended!!

Lovely, modern clean house with large patio. Great gym/house!. Great with a pool! (Patio is on the backside of the house and nicely sheltered from nearby houses). The house was ok for 7 guests but the bathroom for the Master bedroom, on the ground floor, was a bit inaccessible for the other 5 people. Bathroom and toilet on the 2nd floor had to be used by the other 5. There were a few people in between but went well. The kitchen has most of what you need. Empty, clean and tidy fridge. Good beds and duvets (clean linens were on beds when we arrived :-) ). Superb TV room for children/adult on the 1. floor. Good hiking opportunities right at the house, as well as a football field. House is located on a hill from main road. Grocery store max 5 min by car. Good parking with easy electric charging. Some distance from "shopping", restaurant and sea. Should have a car. Cozy house. Would recommend! The owner responds quickly if any questions.

A beautiful house which worked perfectly for our family of 7. Freshly renovated to a high standard. Kids loved the pool and it was great to have the ability to have a boat docked at the house. Amazing view. All in all a great experience.

Great host, great stay, exceeded expectations. We were really happy with the place, it had plenty of room and beds for our guests. There is room for 2-3 cars at front, could not hear any road noise so it was peaceful, plenty of bedding and everything felt clean and fresh. Kids loved using the trampoline and playing some of the many games that are around. Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and everything you need. Iron and ironing board was handy as well as washing machine. Gym was a nice to have with TV whilst you work out. The host was really quick to respond when we had questions and they were very professional. Overall, we loved our stay here!

We stayed here for 2 days … the location near by sea 100 meter walkable distance to the beach.. place is very good.its 30 minutes by car to reach city center…if u r looking for stay out of city this is the best place..

The house was beautifully appointed, clean and ready for us. Check-in via key code. Garden and patio were lovely with plenty of quality outdoor seating and BBQ. Great location in a nice and friendly neighbourhood - close to resteraunts and local shops. Public transport, which we used, was at the end of the drive. Metro a short walk away. Would fully recommend 👌

Very cozy house, plenty of space but still intimate. The fjord view for breakfast was wonderful! Nice streets to walk in. Jeanette was the perfect host. Kitchen with what you need. Nice modern bathroom. We'll take the trip again ☺️

It was a very cozy house that contained everything that was necessary. Was nice and tidy, and just what we needed. A nice house that is nicely located. The host responded to all inquiries quickly and was accommodating.

The apartment was even nicer than in the photos. Very large, cozy, nicely decorated, well equipped and we had the opportunity to use the mega large terrace, awesome.😊 The reception was very nice and friendly, questions were answered very quickly. We would be happy to stay at Gy Og Peter again at any time. The place is also within walking distance and offers some shops and restaurants. Thank you again for the lovely stay 🥰👋

🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 If I could give this property and Kristian a hundred stars it would not be enough. The property is amazing, the views are stunning, the local mall has all you need. The sauna, hot tub, everything in this property and Kristian himself just made our holiday perfect and I cannot thank you enough. The restaurants we tried were perfect. Personal fav was the Indian in Ski called Tandoori Palace. Norway is just beautiful and I most definitely will return. Kind regards, Wesley

We stayed at Petter’s place for a family trip with 4 adults and a baby. It was a lovely and peaceful spot with some woodland walks nearby. It’s also only 15 minute drive to the coastal town of Holmestrand. They have a pig and two dogs and the farm adjacent has several horses. There is a lodger living downstairs who kept to herself. The house was clean and tidy and nicely decorated, as per the photos. We didn’t meet Petter but he had good communication and was flexible in allowing us to check out slightly later. Many thanks!

Beautiful apartment in a really beautiful place and really cozy inside. The living room window opens to a really beautiful view that can also be admired from the balcony. Beds, pillows, blankets and sheets really comfortable and high quality! The best dreams of my visits to different destinations so far. Perfect holiday at Thea's beautiful, clean, stylish and extremely cosy and well equipped house. The view of the lake is spectacular. The area is so quiet, we really rested well.

Stayed a week with our dog at Kjetil’s place and it was honestly one of our favorite rented places that we have done through Airbnb. Such an amazing host, but also beautiful house, surroundings and lovely nature nearby. If you have a car then you can easily access more places and even the big city Oslo. We hope to come back soon!

We stayed 3 nights and thought the stay was fantastic. The hosts were very nice and helpful. We would love to come back. The accommodation was very nice and unique. A perfect blend of old, personal and well-kept but at the same time with all the modern you need in e.g. kitchen and bathroom. Highly recommended!

If you are going on an activity at Eiktunet, this is the best location for a group of four. Large, comfortable and with all the amenities.
