Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Hong Kong

The place is further away from the main town so it’s peaceful and closer to nature. Our 5 year old boy enjoyed the walk between the house & town. House is clean and tidy. There are all appliances and essential we need for our stay that makes our trip easier. Love the house love the neighbourhood love the experience, will definitely stay again at the Frank’s.

Cesar was a fantastic host. Slight electrical issue and Cesar made sure to adjust things to make sure I was happy. overall great flat, great host! would stay again

Maison très agréable et très bien équipée. Très propre. Accueil sympathique. Nombreux bus à proximité. Plage sympathique. Possibilité de balades. Nous avons apprécié de nous retrouver en famille dans cette maison qui a tout d’une maison familiale.

Great place to stay if you are looking for a long weekend getaway. Perfect location for hiking and the house is beautiful. Has all the amenities necessary (minus an oven) for the perfect weekend. I suggest bringing all your own groceries from home as the grocery shops are limited there. Highly recommend not getting there when it’s dark as it’s a little more difficult to navigate the village.

Adrian’s apartment is beautifully renovated. Huge space with 3 rooms and a study room. Kitchen is well equipped with utensils and also condiments. Adrian is very responsive and friendly. The location is great. From the back gate, there are minibus and bus stop connecting to Sai kung, Po Lam and rest of the city. Very convenient.

First of all, thank you very much Mi for hosting me and my gf. Mi is a super friendly person with very fast response, I still wonder how she can reply my messages with in a minute 😂 The location of the flat is very convenient, youay reach there by MTR and couple of bus routes, it is near CBD and soho with many pubs and restaurants nearby, by the way, the environment is peaceful at night. Finally, most importantly, the flat is very clean and tidy. The kitchen is a bit small but you can find everything you need. I do enjoy the time in Mi's flat.😊

Great Location with many local restaurants nearby. Easy access to all transportation, plus easy in/out to airport by Bus A11. Enough space for family of 5.

The apartment is not fancy or luxurious-- but does deserve the high 5 star rating. It's was very comfortable for our family of 5. It was clean and well equipped. It's conveniently located-- for walking to harbor and attractions, transportation to/fro airport, etc. Benedict is very a responsive host. It's a good value for the price.

Great and well equipped apartment in a fantastic location

Alice place was a great stay for us! Her place really maximize the living area for the family(4 adult 2child) Best part was the 2 separate well equipped spacious bathroom & it's really less waiting game. Being in the heart of the area, we found ourselves walking to various mall and restaurant within 10-20min dist. Ended up not even taking the MTR despite being so close to them, absorbing the walking culture. Locals in the area are heartwarming and nice, there's so many things to see just right downstairs. Had a day trip to Macau and even so returning to her place was not difficult at all as the NA21 from the border ends at Mongkok and less than 10min we are back in the cosy apartment. We all love the bed and my toddler slept soundly every night. We did find ourselves looking for full length mirror, we ended up using the tv screen. Maybe can look into adding one behind the main door :) We were caught in a heavy rain as well & the wash+dryer lifesaver! Will definitely stay here again!

This is not your typical airbnb as it is actually someone's home. I was skeptical when I first got there - it is small and and the kitchen and bathroom are well used. But it grew on me quickly..the host left helpful notes all around and snacks in the kitchen. The shower was hot. The bed, I have to say, was really hard- like sleeping on the floor- so I slept on the couch, which worked great. The really great thing is the location of this apartment; absolutely surrounded by good restaurants and shops and close to the metro and many bus lines. Thanks Evelyn for hosting a fellow solo traveler.

it was what we needed in hongkong! great 'home' to come back to everyday. hazel's place was clean and spacious, also loved that we could open the window and was breezy on the days we stayed indoors. hazel had provided us a baby high chair on request which was extremely accommodating and we are absolutely spoilt by that. the neighbourhood was in a wet-market style, absolutely frightening tbh to see live chickens slaughtering. but food was within walking distance, a little hilly tho manageable. the security at the lobby were friendly too! only downside was that the water in the bathroom was a little slow flow, and hazel did offer to come fix it, we were okay with it as we spaced out our showers. however the water heater was quite a nightmare, it was super hot one moment and super cold the next. we never figured it out. overall, the place was clean. the neighbourhood was bustling. the host was responsive and attentive. the amenities were abundant. we loved the home we had in hongkong!

Great Location close to Soho and Central and escalators. Was a private apartment with great security. Great price for Hong Kong in terms of the city and location and Ray even helps with reviews for places and other amenities in apartment. Would highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here. Easy access off Hollywood Rd - down a couple small flights of stairs on Shing Hing st. Studio apartment is on the first floor - so not too many stairs when you have cases to lug up. Apartment was as described with the addition of a coffee table which opens up to a table. Had everything we needed. The host provided videos to help explain various things - including how to find the entrance and open the door. Despite our plane delay and our very late arrival he checked in with us to make sure we got in ok. You are in old Hong Kong - so be prepared for lots of stairs and hill walking - but so much to take in and enjoy. No shortage of food and drink venues in walking distance.

Excellent location, right next to MTR metro exit, with many local eateries, restaurants and shops within minutes! As mentioned in the listing, you do have to walk up to the apartment as there is no lift, but the stairs are clean and wide enough so no issues even with our big suitcases. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

This was our second stay in Juila's apartment. We love the layout, provision and location and view from the windows. We found the air conditioning quiet and efficient. We would like to stay here again when we return to Hong Kong.

Fantastic stay! The location was super easy to get to and in a safe, peaceful neighborhood. There are plenty of great food options nearby in Hung Hom, and I didn’t even need to visit a convenience store everything was so well supplied. The place was very well maintained, with a great shower and all the essentials. The host was very friendly and thoughtful, which made the stay even better. I would definitely come back again!

Eunice was very responsive and friendly. The place matched the pictures and listing details. We really enjoyed our time here. It was comfortable and being a corner apartment, it had a beautiful view! We enjoyed the convenience of the washer and kitchen appliances. The location is great too. Nice food options walking distance for a quick breakfast/ lunch or dinner. Some good takeaway options as well. I loved not having to walk around Hong Kong with my luggage since the bus to / from the airport stops right outside the front door. I would 100% recommend!

It was a wonderful stay, great location and great building. Only 2 steps to the elevator and, at one end, you don't even need to climb the 2 steps. Concierge is professional and friendly. Convenient to transportation and great restaurants in the area. Benjamin is a great host, responsive quickly and attentive to our needs, flexible and friendly. I would love to revisit but price is a little out of my budget unfortunately.
