There was an incident where the train was delayed, and even though we arrived late, they met us at the station in front of one that was different from the original pick-up.Thank you for a great hospitality. It was also a nice trip with a friendly and polite service.Thank you very much.

Perfect for an overnight stay— clean, quiet, and filled with all the amenities. Great location as well. The beds are very thin and pillows inadequate, but I would still recommend for a night.

We stayed at this B&B for the second time because the room was spacious and comfortable, the location was good, there was a clean elevator, the windows in the room could be opened, and the room could be cooked for laundry, and the host was friendly.I will stay again next time I come to Japan.

My family of 4 stays for 2 nights. Have a BBQ in the lovely garden during your stay.Since it is a villa area, it is not noisy, but it is close to the neighbors, so you don't have to worry about it. The owner's main house is the same building, but it doesn't interfere structurally. You can walk around the villa while listening to the birds, and detoxing with the hustle and bustle of the city.Also, there was no TV in the room, so it was good that the children were spending time finding some games. I definitely want to use it again.

It was perfect, and Koh was very helpful. I also recommend visiting their bakery and trying the best cinnamon buns I've ever eaten. (Try warming them up a bit in the oven before eating to enjoy them hot.)

We had a fantastic stay at Reiko’s place in Machida! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was super convenient, with a grocery store and a 7-11 just a short walk away, making it easy to grab essentials. The nearest train station is about a 12-15 minute walk, and from there, you can reach most parts of Tokyo in about an hour, making this a great spot for those who want a peaceful stay with easy city access. Reiko was an absolutely wonderful host! She lives downstairs, but the apartment is completely private on the upper floor. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful, even leaving us some delicious food and snacks upon check-in, which was such a warm welcome after a long journey. Communication was smooth, and she was always available for any questions. If you’re looking for a cozy, well-located stay with a truly exceptional host, this is the perfect place. We would love to stay here again!

Peacefully and beautiful surroundings got a few 24*7 stores nearby ,loved the house clean and well decorated.

The home was exactly as depicted in the listing, it was extremely clean and comfortable, and had all amenities and more that we required for our stay. The host was also very friendly, easy to communicate with and understanding to our requests. The location of the home was extremely convenient, Nankai Namba Station was located within a 5-7 minutes walk of the home, and there was various malls and things to do within a 5 minutes walking radius of the home such as Namba Parks, Namba City, Nipponbashi Denden Town, Namba Shopping District. A 7-11 was also located right opposite the home visible from the front door. It was a great place to fully explore Namba and the surrounding districts at a very reasonable price. Will definitely try to stay at the same location if I have the chance to visit again!

Mark and Mae are excellent host with very good English. This made communicate easy, they helped us when needed to work with other as our Japanese is very basic. They were thoughtful, helpful and tried hard to make sure we were comfortable. The place is as described and peaceful. We enjoy sitting in the morning sun in the white chairs and walking the neighborhood. Great stay!

Clean and well equipped

Our family of four, including two teenagers, had an amazing stay here! The apartment is located within a 5 minute walk from Kanda station so it was easy to get to with our luggage using public transportation. It is also close to Otomachi subway station so we were able to get to every place we wanted to go. The neighborhood is full of little restaurants and 7-eleven was right around the corner, so getting food was quick and great variety! The Airbnb was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host is very kind and responsive. We could not have chosen a better place in Tokyo! If we are ever visiting again, we would definitely book this Airbnb again!

The host is kind and friendly, the place I admire the most is the kitchen, all the appliances I think of, such as rice cooker, microwave, multi oven, dishwasher, oven, etc., there are also washing machines and dryers that must have a summer trip, the design is very practical, the environment is comfortable, absolutely feel at home, a must stay in a homestay, it is suitable for family and child travel, the experience is great!

The home was wonderful, the location is perfect, and the host was responsive and helpful. The home was the cleanest, and nicest I have seen in Japan yet! The only negative I can think of is the beds themselves are comfortable enough but could be better. Also be sure to verify the door is locked before leaving because the lock can be tricky!

We were a family of six adults and an infant and stayed for five nights. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. There was more than enough room for all of us. The place is very serene with nice views. We would be happy to stay if we were to visit Izu Peninsula again. Jin-san responds promptly to queries and recommended child friendly restaurants and places to visit.

I had a very pleasant time. I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.

There was also good access from Sendai Station, with sightseeing spots around, making it perfect for group sightseeing.

It was a very beautiful and pleasant stay.The road to the inn is narrow, so you may need to be careful when driving.

My husband and I are architects so the listing photos appealed to us. On arrival, room 202 was even nicer than the photos. The design and construction quality is exceptional, and the interior design is serene and thoughtfully decorated. The location is outstanding - right on the edge of the historic district but set back from the street, away from the vehicle and pedestrian traffic. The courtyard is peaceful, with a lovely water fountain and trees that provide a leafy foreground view from the private deck. High quality fixtures and furnishings throughout. It’s an easy walk to the train station, even under a 25 pound backpack. The host was very kind and accommodating, responding within minutes to the few questions that I had before arrival. This place is a 5-star knockout and a good value for the quality it provides.

It is a really good accommodation to feel the daily life in a detached house in Japan. It's really clean and well organized. The bathroom is also really nice. The transportation is very convenient, and the big grocery store is also near the subway station, so it's really nice. There are also 7-Eleven and Lawson near the accommodation. There's also a 1-car train on the railroad next to the house, which was really fun. The accommodation is 5 stars and I want to revisit. However, it is possible to search for a private house, but it is necessary to confirm in advance that the first and second floors are used by other guests.
