House holiday rentals in Hood River

We absolutely love staying at The Foxglove! Aaron is a wonderful host, the house is full of great items to make you feel right at home. The kitchen is stocked with all the items you need to cook at home, and the layout is great for us! We both work remotely and are able to set up offices, as well as have a space for relaxing and enjoying a good movie, or cozy up with a book. We are repeat vacationers to the area and always try to stay at Aaron's home if it is available. Thank you for another great stay!

Kelli’s place was as described in the photos. Such a cozy place in a quiet neighborhood. Bathrooms were cleaned and kitchen was well equipped. We had anything we needed for our stay. It’s a great place for anyone who plans to visit Mount Hood. It’s also not too far from Sandy if you needed food or groceries.

Cameron is a fantastic host with an immaculate and gorgeous property that was very comfortable for our group of ten. Quiet and peaceful setting with panoramic views of Mt Hood and the Sandy River canyon.

WOW, nice little gem we. And across when I saw this listing. We loved it so much we stayed another extra day. The place is clean and so relaxing. We will be back for sure.

I couldn’t imagine a better Airbnb while staying at Mt Hood. The home is absolutely gorgeous, extremely well cared for, pristinely clean, conveniently located a block from grocery options and a short drive to the primary areas to play on the mountain such as skibowl, Timberline and Meadows… it’s the perfect home-base for your Mt Hood gateway.

Crista’s cabin was extremely cozy and impeccably clean. I loved the charming wooden décor throughout the space and the unique squash-themed touches that added extra character. The location was easy to find, and it was very convenient to have a small store just a quick drive away in case we needed anything. The cabin is surrounded by beautiful nature, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I had asked Crista to add a small anniversary decoration, and she did a lovely job with it—such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special. The only thing to note is that the neighboring cabin to the left has a back porch that faces the area with the jacuzzi and fire pit, so there’s a bit less privacy there. However, it didn’t take away from our overall wonderful experience. Highly recommend this stay!

We had another wonderful long weekend at this place! We loved it so much the first time, we visited a second time. This space was perfect for our group to spend time together and the kids had a blast. We love the pool, the views, and all the little extras that make this place special. Can’t wait to visit again!

The Cranes View was exactly what we needed and were looking for. It is the perfect location to watch the action on the Columbia River, enjoy the sunset and view the dam. The house was spacious, clean, had all the basic needs and a bonus game room. We would stay here again.

We loved staying at Ryan’s place. The house is well designed and has a lots of thoughtful features like the OLED TV and the SONOS system. Playing pickle ball in the morning is a real treat. The kitchen has everything that you would need. Relaxing on the deck at the end of the day while a couple of deer nibble grasses nearby is heavenly.

The house was perfect for three generations. The grandparents had a first floorbedroom room and the parents and two children had the upstairs. This is a beautiful home removated with taste. We all enjoyed the neighborhood and took walks around the treelined streets. This location is charming. Maury is easy to reach and responds quickly. I would stay in this lovely house anytime I returned to beautiful Hood River.

Fantastic home!!! Beautifully set up in the trees. The light and windows were magical. One of the most fabulous homes I’ve ever enjoyed.

Hosts were very organized and wonderful communicators. Easy check-in / check-out process and overall great for our girls weekend away. The Troutdale home is well located — any easy drive to the airport and lots of good hiking. Few maintenance issues and outdoor area could use a little TLC, but really a beautiful spot and the hot tub was a delight. We had a private chef come to the house and it was a really good layout for it. Downtown Troutdale is super cute too.

Michelle was an amazing host. The house was beautiful and had an amazing view. It was easy to find and instructions and communication from Michelle was amazing. Our little ones loved the game room and were excited every time they spotted the deers that would occasionally visit the area.

We had a great stay here for a girls weekend. The space was very clean and spacious. There was a new couch, not shown in the pictures, that was very large and comfy. It was just a few minute walk to downtown white salmon and only about a 10 min drive across the river to Hood River.

We used this house as a family gathering space for my sister and her adult daughters and their little ones to gather. It was perfect for them. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was a good place for gathering and spending time together but with enough space they weren't cramped. We appreciated all of the thoughtful details and finishes in the home. It's comfortable and walking distance to downtown.

Great place, highly recommend. Walkable to lots of restaurants, very close to the grocery store! Also so clean, beautiful and bright very up-to-date. Would stay here again next time I’m in town.🥰

Beautiful stay with a view of Mt. Hood right from the balcony. Comfy beds and fast WiFi. Do note, the steps to reach the loft are more of a ladder than stairs. Made for some difficult trips to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Would happily stay again

This is an outstanding property! Perched up above the Columbia River with absolutely stunning views of Hood River, mountains, river, you name it, even on a cloudy day, it was amazing! The space is perfect for a large family or multiple families, with plenty of sleep space and privacy on different floors. It was simply perfect for our family race team, in the area for an event.

Al and Lisa’s place was truly exceptional. The home was warm, inviting, and full of thoughtful touches that made our visit feel special. From the dishes to the plug in stations next to the beds. Everything reflected their care and attention to detail. And the breathtaking view! We felt completely at home in their upstairs space and appreciated the effort they put into creating such a welcoming environment.

Such a cozy, beautiful space! We loved our short stay, so well laid out and decorated and felt like home ❤️. The host was amazing as well and so accommodating!

Great spot with really nice views that was a cozy place to rest between activities. Nice kitchen with a deck, grill and hot tub made it easy to hang around and relax. The local town of Hood River was a 10-minute drive with plenty of shops and restaurants, and the drive to downtown Portland is only about an hour. Would definitely recommend for a vacation spot away from the city but still close enough to find something fun to do.

This home is an architectural gem, tucked away on a hillside within earshot of Mosier falls and walking distance of Mosier plateau trailhead. Windows frame sweeping views from every direction. We hope to return!

Charming place for me, my fiancé, sister, and dad to stay for my cousin’s wedding. Highly recommended!
