In a house in the Zurich metropolitan area (6km near city center, 12 min with car, 25min with public transportation) we rent an apartment with private entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen, dining area, office table and bathroom. The bed (110 cm) and a sofa bed (120cm) allow a stay for two people. The garden with barbecue, deck chairs and dining table can be shared. A small TV and free W-Lan connection is also available in the apartment and in the price! Car park (1 car) available in front of the house. Laundry can be used (including dryer). Surcharge depending on stay time. The hosts give you tips or answer questions about public transport, etc. Documents about this can be found already on the table. We speak: German, French, Spanish and English! This quiet Oasis with a private garden terrace is located in Küsnacht only 2 walking minutes from Lake Zurich. The cozy apartment is ideal for 2 to 4 people. The master bedroom on the ground floor offers a comfortable queen size bed and a big modern closet. On the lower floor is the guest room with 2 single beds (either separate or put together), a working desk and a big closet. The kitchen is fully equipped. A washing and drying machine are available for private use and 2 parking spots.

The apartment is located in Kilchberg, directly on Lake Zurich with a balcony and great lake view. Right across the street there are many spots with beautiful views over lake Zurich and the possibility to take a swim in summer. The apartment is 15 minutes from Zurich downtown by train. The train station is 5 minutes by foot. There are many restaurants nearby and the next grocery store is 5 minutes by foot. It is a quiet residential building and we ask you to be quiet from 10pm - 7am.

Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; in the countryside; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the middle of the hiking area. Large playground, panoramic terrace (pergola), fire ring / grill. In the house is an independent 2-room apartment with separate access. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD is required in the snow! Unfortunately, no pets are allowed as I am severely allergic.

The small seating area is for exclusive use. The studio is centrally located in the city. The railway line is within sight of the studio. The trains run slowly, but are audible. From midnight onwards, no more trains run and the night's rest is guaranteed.
