Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Hornby Island

Haining’s beautiful home is surrounded by nature, cute little towns, and the ocean just minutes away. Although we only stayed for one night, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, welcoming, and even had some board games which we enjoyed. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay! The sauna, cold plunge and hot tub were awesome. Lots of space to hang out, cook meals and play board games. An easy drive or 10 min walk to amenities- great place, I’d come back again!

We loved our stay here. The view from the full length windows and outdoor patio were breathtaking. We saw lots of wildlife: eagles, deer, seals, an otter and humpbacks. The kitchen was stocked and the bedding was very comfortable. It was beautifully decorated. We had fires on the beach each night while we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. It’s a walkable distance to the Dolphin Resort restaurant where the food was excellent. We would rebook in a minute.

Priceless views and amazing architecture are showpieces of this magnificent home that combines coziness, elegance, comfort and rustic charm. We’ve stayed at many airbnbs, but this one is a new favorite. It’s an ideal getaway for the whole family; plus it’s close to interesting hikes and restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked for eating at home. We didn’t enjoy the taste of the well water, but bought drinking water at Tru Value. Carley was very responsive and helpful throughout. We would love to come back in the summer.

Had a relaxing weekend here at Lina’s place facing the ocean during the day and cozying at night with the fire pit. Lina’s place was well stocked and tastefully designed. Everything was as described. We loved seeing the deers walk around the back yard. Thanks Lina !

Jess and Brandon’s bnb is absolutely perfect, clean, comfy, cozy, private backyard, big hot tub, close to restaurants and beach. Had everything we needed and more, highly recommend!

If you're looking for quiet, private, spacious getaway spot, this is a perfect place for you. The view from the terrace is just scintillating and perfect for stargazing too. The hosts are super responsive and hospitable.

This is truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a nice weekend getaway and definitely caught some R&R at Jane’s place. It was a wonderful retreat and very cozy. We’d love to book again if we’re ever back in the area.

Two words gorgeous views!!! Looked forward to having my cup of coffee on Kelley & Kent’s patio every morning. A very peaceful location tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Ganges, but still less than five minute trip into town. Both Kelley & Kent were very welcoming and accommodating to our early check in. Their air bnb had all the amenities you could need to make you feel right at home. Beds were super comfy! I would HIGHLY recommend booking this accommodation, you won’t be disappointed! :) Enjoy!

So happy to have found Heather and Dan’s spot - it was the perfect place for our 4 nt stay in the Ucluelet/Tofino area! The space was comfortable, clean, cozy, and well appointed and thoughtfully designed. It’s a quick bike ride or drive to Ucluelet, and a nice 15ish minute walk to the Ucluelet Lighthouse Loop trail. Beautiful condo in a perfect location for our trip. Easy to navigate area, grocery and other necessities nearby. Absolutely peaceful environment and always felt very safe. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Tracy was super welcoming and friendly, she's a real nice person. On top of that, we were offered a lot of advice on places to visit. Her home is located in a quiet neighbourhood, with an amazing view over large part of the straight and coastline. We felt like home, the place being very well furnished, maintained, and cozy. Super responsive, proactive and accommodating

A sharp modern glass tree house with a butterfly roof surrounded by trees - that makes for a comfortable stay & peaceful positive energy. We very much enjoyed the home and setting. Walls of glass floor to ceiling make it bright & a sense of light energy too. The landscaping is well done so that is nice on the eyes also. On our trip there happened to councide with very early morning & all day heavy machinery construction right next door, even on the Easter holiday. However that does not change my 5 star review. The place itself was excellent. The construction will be temporary + not always heavy machinery. And soon it will end. I just mention this so renters can get more certainty on what will be happening during the days they book. I highly recommend this rental it's a perfect place for 2 people and has a 2nd bed open to the main area that extra family could sleep in. We used that bed in the main room as a cozy place to read. Great master BR giant windows out to trees.

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. Great location, lots of space, three king sized beds, two separate living room spaces, and a very well-appointed home. There are lots of instructions to guide newcomers to the home, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet with lots of parking space right in front. Alice was always very attentive from the moment we booked to when we checked out. We would definitely return.

This is an absolutely stunning house with a gorgeous view and perfect location for visiting Salt Spring Island. We were 7 adults and 4 children, here for a weekend and it is well equipped for families. (High chair, cribs, etc.) We were able to walk into town from the house enjoying the Saturday market but the house location is private and pristine. There is a very cottage feeling to the place yet it is also large and elegant as well. A nice mix of experiences. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you could possibly want and the house in general is well supplied with books, games, and activities. It is large enough that you can wander off for some peaceful time on your own while at the same time, the living room and dining room could easily accommodate our numbers as well. We did find some of the furniture, while charming, a bit uncomfortable to sit in and the very firm mattress on the king bed was a bit too much for our aging backs, but that's a plus for some.

We have stayed here 3 times now and each time it’s been wonderful. Hosts are super communicative and responsive. They keep a beautiful home that is perfect for families. Love staying here!
