Great place to stop on our short visit to Madrid as the area had plenty of restaurants, access to Metro and the apartment accommodated three of us very well was very clean and tidy with everything we needed.

Apartment in very good location. All kinds of amenities as soon as you leave the building. Everything was very clean. The kitchen had everything you need for a two-week stay. The apartment is beautiful and very spacious, it is on the first floor of a building with elevator. The location is unbeatable at the heart of the Gran Vía. A very good experience, ideal for sharing with the family in a unique place in Madrid. I recommend it without hesitation!!

This apartment is as exactly as I had hoped. Great location, very clean, with AC, separate bedroom, a nice bathroom, a functioning elevator and a full kitchen. Tons of space and very quiet in the evening. Thank you, Maria, for being so attentive and helpful! I will definitely stay again down the road.

nice experience, a little far from public transport

Spent a lovely month staying here. The location is unreal, walkable distance from the best parts of Madrid. Very caring and attentive host, I could not recommend more. Before choosing this place I could not find anything even close to this location for this price, so I think it’s a gem!

We had a great stay at Maria's place. Used it for two weeks and it provided all of the convenience we required and more. Spacious living room and kitchen, and nice outside area with grill. Close to train station (walking distance) with direct connection to central Madrid. Would definitely recommend.

The stay was very comfortable, it was the last two days of our vacation in Europe. We decided on Airbnb mainly for the possibility of having our meal since we had been in a hotel for many days, eating at restaurants. Carmen released the kitchen on the first day, on the second day, no, as I don't use Airbnb a lot, I just went to see that the kitchen was only for breakfast, after having already used it. I'm sorry. Carmen also agreed to keep our bags until our flight time, which helped us a lot. You also checked in early, we also left the room early. In general I would highly recommend the stay, it is easy to find, the instructions were clear, the environment is very pleasant and Carmen was a great host. It is around 40 min walking from the Sun, Madrid's main point.

Place is really well located, nearby city center and with small coffees and shops around. Lyzbeth was helpful and her daughter too. Nice place and I recommend

We had such an amazing stay with Julia. She truly makes you feel at home and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome in her home. The place was very clean and comfortable, and we were able to commute easily to the city centre. 100% would stay here again!!

Ideal place to go to IFEMA, it's a 20-minute walk. Quiet neighborhood and the house with everything you need to spend a few days. Laura was super friendly and made it easier for me to check in a little earlier , like keeping my suitcase until my train came out. Thank you very much!
