Loft holiday rentals in Hortaleza

Elegimos esta estancia por cercanía al estadio Metropolitano para un concierto. Cerca del aeropuerto y sin ninguna dificultad para llegar, además de llegada autónoma por código, por lo que no se necesitaban llaves físicas. Ángela contestó en todo momento cualquier duda. Punto a favor el aire acondicionado, por el calor extremo que hacía. Gracias por todo.

This place was exactly as described. It’s a tiny but well appointed room. The ceiling is quite high which allows for the large loft bed area and for the room to feel larger and airy. The bathroom is pretty with a good shower and stocked with nice Aesop soaps and shampoo. The A/C was great, it was nice and cool during a very bite June week. The chair /foldout there could be more comfortable which was the only small drawback. But the bed was totally comfortable. It’s not a place you are staying in to hang out in anyway. It’s a great location at an affordable cost. It’s pretty and restful to sleep at. The walk ability to Retiro and the Botanical Garden is lovely. The are cafes and restaurants not to far. The Prado is a short stroll too. Being close to the Atocha train station was super convenient for arriving from the airport and for departure by train to another Spanish city. This place is small, simple, pretty, and very good deal!

Departamento acogedor, en una zona muy bien ubicada. Tiene una estación de metro a pasos de la puerta de entrada. Hay un stow your bag justo al lado de la entrada. Lo recomiendo.

Amazing place to stay at, I would highly recommend booking this Airbnb! It is in the heart of Madrid and had great restaurants and stores within 15 minutes. I plan to stay here again in the near future as it was a great location. The hosts are incredible people!

Exactly like the pictures, on a quiet street. Supermaket and restaurants in walking distance. Great place to stay. Note: that supermarket is closed on Sundays, so bring a snack if you arrive then.

Ana is a very friendly host. We arrived Madrid at early morning so we asked for an early check-in. Ana was so kind, she waited for us at the apartment and it was 10:00am. The apartment is easy to find and locate just behind the market, many restaurants and bars surrounding. However, you couldn’t hear any noise at night except bird. We have a wonderful experience at Madrid. Thanks Ana.

Jose helped us with everything we needed, always with a smile. The place was exactly what we needed: Close to every place you'll want to visit, by walk. There are constructions around (suppose to end in a week or soo- but the windows are double glass so you can't hear anything. Overall- we LOVED our stay We felt right at home Definitely we'll come back

Excelente servicio, el lugar es muy céntrico pero no es bullicioso

El apartamento estaba muy limpio, cerca a la estación del metro, parada de bus y cc La Vaguada. Nos volveríamos a quedar en nuestro próximo viaje. Recomendable 100%

Tanto a acomodação como Karena, a anfitriã são incríveis. Acomodação extremamente limpa e completa. Camas excelentes. Ambiente supera as imagens. Karena é uma anfitriã cuidadosa, atenta e sempre ágil em responder e ajudar. Recomendo muito!!!

We had a great stay at Javier’s place. The washing machine was a big help for travellers like us. The grocery beside his place was a big plus.

El alojamiento está ubicado en un buen punto dentro de la ciudad de madrid, cercano a paradas de bus y al metro. Me sentí como en mi casa, esta limpio es cómodo y está muy bien amueblado. Lo volvería a elegir si vuelvo a madrid!

Fenomenal la atención de David y Gaby para todo. Atentos a cualquier ayuda que puedan proporcionar para una mejor estancia en Madrid. El loft tal cual está descrito en el anuncio además de muy buena comunicación en metro. Experiencia al completo de 10 gracias también a sus recomendaciones sobre Madrid y todo lo que proporciona David en el loft para estar cómodo. :)

Gracias Maria por tan excelente servicio de tu parte, nos diste el acompañamiento que necesitábamos y fue maravilloso llegar y ver que nos dejasteis café, leche, horchata y galletas. Apartamento muy acogedor con todas las comodidades y fácil acceso, a pie de calle pero bien insonorizado puesto que no oímos ni un ruido. Tiene dos TV con acceso a Netflix, Youtube etc por lo que es un plus. Un detalle que me gustó mucho es que tanto la habitación como el salón se quedan completamente a oscuras gracias a sus persianas eléctricas. La única pega que le saco, es que aunque el sofá es cierto que se hace sofá cama y es súper amplio, no es cómodo como para dormir, ya que tiene muchos huecos que te los clavas porque no es como un colchón liso, entonces sería algo que tendría en cuenta si sois más de 2 personas para dormir en el apartamento, si sois 2 personas lo veo perfecto, es pequeñito pero muy apañado y tiene de todo lo necesario. El trato de Óscar fue perfecto y resolvió todas mis dudas. Cuando vuelva a Madrid, repetiré 100% si está disponible.

Easy access to public transportation. Fairly new building. Popular area. Grocery nearby. I got there late but Helena’s son met me. Very accommodating. Highly recommend.
