We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

Atrium Manor

The manor house is located among endless fields and forests. The area is absolutely quiet, we have no neighbors, and the only sounds you will hear are crickets, the sound of the forest and birds singing. The manor house has an area of about 230m2 and is located on a huge plot with walking areas and a gorge. The building has 4 rooms with private bathrooms with a shower, 2 fully equipped kitchens and a spacious living room with an area of 76m2, a height of over 4.5m and 11 large windows overlooking the forest and fields.

Karolówka is a property located in the center of the village, just behind Zdrojowy Park. We offer you a holiday in a year-round cottage heated by a fireplace. You have a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette, a fireplace, a TV, and a sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a hot plate, a refrigerator (a set of dishes and silverware for preparing meals and drinks). There is a covered patio in front of the cottage. On the property, a parking space, a gazebo, and a barbecue area are available to guests.

The summer house in Roztocze (Solska Forest) is the perfect place to cut yourself off from the outside world and relax with the whole family. In addition to the cottage itself, there is also an ApiDomek, where you can use Apitherapy in the form of air inhalation straight from the hive. Don't worry, the cottages are designed in such a way that guests from having direct contact with the bees (there is a separating mesh). You're just 4 km (2.5 miles) from the pier, the beach, and restaurants. Tranquility, nature, and peace – a place you'll want to keep coming back to. Baby bath is an additional charge 😊

The neighborhood is very quiet, but nearby there is no shortage of attractions such as very good restaurants, many water reservoirs with a beach, canoeing From the terrace we have a beautiful view of the Wieprz river valley, which flows directly on the plot, about 100m from the cottage. Wild animals, such as deer and squirrels, are frequent guests in the area. Forest in the distance of 100 m.

Behind the barn, you have a beautiful view of a wild meadow and forested hills. The cottage can accommodate up to 6 adults and two children. There are two bedrooms and a living room with a pull-out couch. There is a patio with barbecue in front of the house and a fire pit. A wood-burning hot tub and outdoor sauna provide for relaxation. The home has air conditioning.

Przystan Roztocze is a perfect place to stay with family or friends. A spacious house with an area of 185 m2. Large spaces, original glazing, a fireplace, a 6-meter-high mezzanine are just some of the advantages of the marina. The house has 5 bedrooms and a large open 50-meter living room. The house is designed for 12 people plus possibly children. We have a large barbecue gazebo, a Jacuzzi and many old rural buildings where you can relax.
