Retro Design Spot close to Off-Piotrkowska

1 - The apartment is very spacious with more than 40 m2 - 2 rooms with comfortable bed (160-200cm). There are blackout blinds to let you sleep comfortable. 2 - The LOCATION is amazing. We are at the center of everything (restaurants, boutiques, pubs). You can reach quite fast OFF Piotrkowska, EC1, Theatre, Centrum of Science. 3 - It's built in 1914 , the ceilings are very high (3,5 m). The place features lots of ARTWORK mainly desginer lamps, sketches of Łódź and Poster Art of Polish School.

The tenement house went through a comprehensive revitalisation in 2019, and all apartments, including ours, are new. Piotrkowska Street is the real heart of Łódź, and our apartment is in the heart of that heart :) It's not easy to find a better spot in Łódź :) The apartment is ideal for short trips and longer stays for 2-3 people. It is functional and fully equipped.

Paulina was the loveliest host. She met us on arrival, helped us upstairs with our too heavy bags, made great recommendations about where to eat and provided us lots of information about Łódź. Her place is just amazing, looks better than the pictures! It is 2 blocks from Piotrkowska Street and everything wonderful there, yet in an interesting area, still under development. Loved Łódź, loved it even more because of Paulina. Thank you 🙏 ❤️🌹

We had a great stay in Łódź! Michał’s check in instructions were easy and the apartment was great! We were going to a concert at Atlas Arena as well and it was walkable, which was super convenient.

Very nice apartment equipped with the most necessary things. It is close to Piotrkowska Street, so you can easily walk to it. There is also a tram stop directly below the building. A perfect place for a few nights to explore Łódź. The owner was communicative and quick to respond to messages. He also explained the check-in method in detail, so there was no confusion and trouble getting into the apartment. The only thing I can stick to is the information on the listing on Airbnb, which shows that there are two beds in the apartment - this is misleading - and the water in the shower is poorly draining. Nevertheless, I recommend this place.

Everything is as described, elegantly furnished,across the street manufactory. A kitchen stocked with everything you need. Very clean. The neighborhood is closed with private parking. We had a really nice weekend there. We'll be back more than once!
