Placencia Villas is located in the heart of Placencia Village close to shopping, restaurants, beach. We are 50 feet from the sidewalk, 100 feet from the beach, next to the Gelato shop and Rumfish, and a blocks from the pier. Our units range from studios to two bedroom apartments. All have full kitchen facilities, A/C, wifi, and cable TV. All five brightly painted buildings are arranged around an attractive courtyard surrounded by trees which give the property a private feel nevertheless.

The space
This is our two bed studio. There are two double beds a kitchenette, WiFi, cable television, private bath and everything you need to feel right at home. It is perfect for two friends traveling together or a family with children.
