“Manolo is a perfect host! The correspondence with him and his manager was perfect. They answered immediately. I also have to point out and thank Manolo for his flexibility regarding the corona situation. They did everthing that I could stay as long as needed in this time. They were a really great help! The appartment ist great! It‘s in the best location of Playa del Carmen. Just a few steps to the beach, the 5ta avenida and restaurants, but really quiet! The appartment is well equipped and very clean! Manolo offers a special cleaning service every second day without extra costs. WIFI works great. I was doing my homeoffice work without any problems. I also want to point out that the bed was very comfortable and a high quality. I had no problems with my neck and my back! So, due to the bed and the quiet surrounding I had very restful sleep. The terrace and Pool area complete this perfect appartment! Thank you, Manolo, that I could stay in your appartment!”

“Cosmo&Tomoko place is above and beyond. First of all, everything looks exactly like on the pictures. The place is very fresh, modern, stylish, spotless (and I have a thing for that) and the building has a luxurious vibe. Everything in the apartment is very thoughtfully organized, you think about it and it’s there. The pool on the rooftop is even better than on the pics and has a private bar with very affordable prices (95 pesos for a mojito). There is also a jacuzzi in the garden which I enjoyed in total privacy for 2 hours. Check in and check out was super easy, stuff on the property is super friendly, and last but not least, the name “walk everywhere” is 100% true. It’s super close to everything and yet it’s in a quite and safe area. P.S. we went for a second part of our vacation to Tulum and now it’s difficult to enjoy it as our new Airbnb is good but now as great:)) 200% recommend.”
